They will be a new acquisition of WWE..
When I see TNA now I see old WCW, the WCW that was fun BACK THEN with the Outsiders and the NWO wreaking havoc every week.

The WWE brands will be
Mon- Raw
Tues - TNA (this is where the NXT talent will be showcased)
Fri - Smackdown

I agree that most of TNA is very painful to watch now and the fact that they have so many "old" wrestlers like the Outsiders, Hogan, Flair, Easy E running the show bogs it down. They do have some great young talent there, it just seems that it is not getting used correctly.

Jut my opinion.

Well they just announced a new time change on mondays, they will be at 8 oclock now. Maybe that will give them a lil boost.

God knows they were getting killed going head to head.

TNA's ratings

iMPACT! RATING
- The live edition of TNA iMPACT! did a 0.85 rating with around 1,195,000
viewers, up from last week's disastrous 0.6 rating. The show did 0.91 in the
first unopposed hour and 0.79 in the second hour head to head against RAW.
(Ratings compiled by Nielsen Media Research and put online by PWInsider.com)

So the earlier time slot helped a bit with the 0.91 and 0.79 going head to head..
Still a LONG way to go till the "Monday night wars" are in full effect (this is not a war, it is a slaughter)..

Raw ratings
RAW RATING
- RAW this past Monday pulled a 3.2 rating with 4,598,000 viewers off hours
3.33 and 3.0. That is down from last week's 3.7 but it faced some stiff
competition from Dancing With The Stars and the NCAA game. (Ratings compiled
by Nielsen Media Research and put online by PWInsider.com)
Not a sheeple.

Caught some of TNA Impact last night I was flipping between it and The Rachel Maddow Show you know your wrestling product is crappy when a news commentary show previewing a documentary, narrated by Ms. Maddow, is far MORE exciting.

Things I liked:
Beer Money as heels and taking out Jeff Hardy, RVD, and Jay Lethal.
Anderson/Angle Lockdown promo.
MCMGs vs. Morgan & Red
The Pope in the main event at Lockdown.

Things that I didn't like:
MCMGs not winning the TNA World Tag Team titles.
Morgan being the sole holder of the TNA World Tag Team titles.
Storm's "fireball" in Hardy's face.
But the thing that I hated the most is AJ Styles as a lackey heel...again!
Every time TNA makes Styles into a heel he's doing the bidding of someone else it is Mortimer Plumtree, Vince Russo, Christian Cage, Kurt Angle, and now Ric Flair. Just once I would like to see AJ get over as a heel without a manger, mentor, or guide.
AJ Styles is a likable guy, he should be a face.

What was wrong with James Storm's fireball? It was one of the most violent and well done "fireballs" I have ever seen. Granted, we had the privilege of seeing the final attempt at it. It came across well. It was dumb that they were "forced" to censor it on TV, but TNA posted it on their site and it looked great.

I wish the Guns would win the tag titles too, but Morgan is cracking me up with this "we are the tag team champions" schitck. His back stage segment with Shannon Moore this past Monday was awesome too.

Oh, and RVD as TNA Champ? FECK YEAH

A blind man could tell Hardy wasn't hurt, burned, or even singed. It was insulting to Storm, Hardy, and to fans.

Morgan needs to be in either the Global title hunt or the World title hunt, not be a bad comdey act holding the Tag Team titles. Strip him of the belts and have a tag team tournament, TNA has the teams to have a great tag team tournament.

I want to see Samoa Joe destroy RVD and be the TNA World Champion again he at least has earned the right to be the TNA World Heavyweight Champion which more than I can say for RVD.

I guess then Hardy's skin blistering and peeling for a few days didn't matter? Jeff's girlfriend talked about it via twitter and she doesn't stick to kayfabe.

I still don't see Matt Morgan has a main eventer. He's kind of bland in the ring, but he's always getting better. I do wish the Guns would be champions though.

RVD will bring viewers in, Joe won't because outside of ROH and TNA fans Joe is essentially a nobody.

Great move on TNA's part in my mind. Draw in a crowd, then use their superior in ring workers to keep people there.

Angelina Love, Daffney, and Pope are all hurt. Three of my favorites are out for awhile. Hopefully they all get healthy sooner rather than later.

Morgan was pretty good when he went after the TNA World Championship the last time feuding with Sting, Styles, and Angle.
That is how you build a star is by having guys like Wolfe, Styles, and Joe feud with RVD, Hardy, Angle, and the rest.

But putting the belt on RVD this soon is not a good move, it makes TNA look desprate.

The best way to do that would be to can Bischoff, Hogan and NWO Version 20.4 or whatever incarnation it is, if for no other reason than to get rid of the feeling that the company's swiftly turning into WCW Mark 2.

But really, what are the chances of that ever happening?

I saw some of Bubba's responses on his Twitter page. The guy really knows how to act like a professional that's for sure.

Yeah, there were a lot of people out there criticising and abusing him and being utter dicks to them. But given his position he should have taken a more mature and diplomatic approach. Instead he dived into the muck pit and threw the crap around even more.

From the most recent Wrestling-Online Newsletter #3276

TNA, SPIKE TV MOVING iMPACT! BACK TO THURSDAY NIGHTS
- Less than two months after moving to Monday nights and declaring war on
WWE, TNA Wrestling announced yesterday during the live iMPACT! that they are
packing their bags and moving back to Thursday nights. The decision was
taken by Spike TV after TNA drew several horrible ratings over the last few
weeks including the lowest ever of 0.5. The company realized that even with
the likes of Hogan, Flair, Bischoff and the new regime, they pulled the
trigger way too early to compete with WWE's RAW. The iMPACT! replays on
Thursdays have been drawing larger numbers than on Monday nights so it was a
wise decision to put the show back in its old time slot. iMPACT! starts back
on Thursdays from next week. The Monday night war version two didn't last
too long!

Any idea if people been using that to express their problems with the fact that teams like the Nasty Boys were anywhere near TNA at all, the band is anywhere near TNA at all, Hogan is anywhere near the ring at all (I dont buy he's helping them in any way for what they are probably paying him)? Thats 3 biggest wastes of TV time there is with TNA.
