Several sources are saying that former ECW World champion Sabu has been released from WWE.

Sabu arrived several hours later to tonight's scheduled Smackdown/ECW taping in Baltimore, Maryland. He didn't even bring his ring gear with for some reason. He was sent home from the taping and has been/will be released by the company.

To me it look like he may have got what he deserved, he was probably high and fell asleep.

They hadn't done anything worthy of him since the creation of the "NEW" ECW so they might as well have let him go.

Sabu has never worked well in a big company, they don't get him, and he don't get them.....IMO both are better off without each other.

I see the cats out of the bag about TNA/NWA. TNA will do leaps and bounds more with out NWA dragging it down. We've been using a guy named Bobby Duncan that Jerrette is pushing us to use, except he's useless. He reminds me a lot of Matt Morgan. Big guy, little tallent. WE had Raven down for a show and he's getting pretty old, not the show boat he use to be. This Bobby Duncan character couldn't even sell a DDT. A shame.

NExt wednesday I'm picking up Styles and Daniels from the airport for our weekend matches. Should be good and I'll snap some pics and toss them up here.

Van Dam will go to TNA, they'll push him immediately, and then they'll completely botch his entire run, just like they did Angle.

The again, Angle's a shell of himself and apparently completely insane anyway.

Pffft, Sabu hadn't hit one good Triple Jump in the new ECW, because the move was too "risky" to do right. What a joke. Oh well, hopefully fans will get to see him where he can really shine. The indies.

Sting hasn't been entertaining since before WCW died. Those Geico commercials have never been entertaining. Edge can at least still put on good matches.

And this is coming from someone who doesn't especially like Edge.

Also, I was under the impression RVD wouldn't have to worry about the no-compete clause because his contract was simply going to expire. :???:

But I hope RVD gets a better push than he gets in WWE/ECW. He needs to go to TNA. Where he can use his overedge stunts with no restrictions.Sting is getting old, and Steiner needs to retire, soon he is gonna look like Hulk Hogan, all wrinkled..........

Great Canadian Wrestling. The site is down or I would post a link. We use a lot of tallent for TNA and older WWE/ECW guys. I help out with the promos, DVD commentary, and anything else that needs to be done really.
