The Shadow Company is a mercenary group which is made up of former members of foreign militaries and terrorists militias. They prefer to use the most high-tech and state of the art weaponry, equipment, body armor, and drone weaponry. Shadow Company are well-trained and well equipment with bloodshot camouflage fatigues, ballistic vests, balaclavas with sunglasses and a radio piece with many more tools for them to use in their missions. They have been employed by the Decepticon Lockdown who in return has supplied them with equipment for their missions. So in this case Shadow Company work for anyone and anything now.
