I checked Wikipedia, and it didn't say anything about the Spirit having a healing factor. So Wolverine wins, as usual.

In the movie, haven't had the opportunity to read the comics, he dose have a healing factor he's kinda like a zombie an awesome zombie.

That's not good for the Spirit, since Zombies don't have healing factors.
