Haha... actually the Holiday Special cartoon was pretty good. They should at least release that on DVD someday. Not by itself, that would be a waste. But as a special feature or an Easter egg.

I haven't gotten anything new since finding Kit Fisto (Clone Wars) and the black Endor Trooper at a KB Toys. Where the hell are all these figures from the "repaint" waves?! Someone at Habro is going to get murdered if I can't find that black R5 Astromech.

I swear, no stores in this area are stocking SW figures! At least one Walmart wised up and threw the "Greatest Hits" crap on clearance. Hasbro really shot themselves in the foot with those re-releases of last year's stuff. I see those figures cluttering the pegs more than the newer figures from this year -- including holographic Ki Adi Mundi. How sad.

Well, finally my Target got some new figures in. Unfortunately, I must be a day or so late, because they didn't have much. I got:

Combat Engineer Clone
442 Clone
Yareal Poof
Titanium red TIE Interceptor

I got the Interceptor just for the hell of it. Plus, they're a whole dollar cheaper than Walmart. I love TIE Fighters, and considered collecting them from the Titanium line, but never got any. I guess I can start (or finish, lol) with this one. It was unique enough for me to want, plus, I had the idea of making a red TIE Interceptor before the EU had one. Now I don't have to

I pulled a Red Tie Interceptor aside on Friday and have to pick it up tonight

Yep They actually had two of them, but I only got one. I want to get at least one of each figure from these ending waves before getting multiples. Besides all the multiples of clones I ended up with from Ep3, I'm not going to amass any more of one type unless I really, really like it.

I finally got Vader's Sith Starfighter today. I passed it up a few times, but told myself recently that I'd pick it up the next time I saw it. I have the Ep3 Vader figure (the one with the lame arm-swinging action feature) sitting inside. He's perfect for this vehicle. I had planned to make my own black Starfighter for Vader when I had seated the figure in my Anakin Starfighter back in 2005... I'm so glad Hasbro made one even better than what I was going to do!

I need at least 4 of the engineers to add to the other 4 of Bly's grunts (3 withthe new battle pack and one from the evolutions set)

I heard that the V Wing will finally make it appearance this year

First as a titanium which I have seen and the other for the action figure line

I found the Walmart wave today and picked up Aurra Sing and the purple astromech

I found the Walmart wave, and bought each one of those plus the Super Battle Droid redeco. Then I went to pick up a package from my parents' house, which was the Death Star briefing set. Later I stopped into Target where they stole the most of my money... namely for the Battle Packs and the Transformers Classics set.

WJ35... any chance you could pick up one or two of those R5-J2 figures for me?

Haha.. I saw those, too, when I bought all that stuff from Target. I almost cried, because I really wanted Ramjet, but I was emptying my bank enough as it was. I'm sure Ramjet will pop up a lot more in the coming weeks than these SW figures, though... I hope...

I still regret not getting holo Aayla and Plo Koon from the end of the 2005 line, and a few others like Grievous' Bodyguard. I'll not make that mistake again... when I find these "end of the year" figures, I just grab them. Whether that be at a KB Toys where I pay out the ass for them, or at a Walmart where I can use my discount.
