Screamer, love the Mara custom. The new hair is great, as is the belt's lightsaber holder. I had bought an extra one to make her suit black, and maybe fix up her hair since it limits her head movement. Good job!

Well, I had a super haul today. I think God or someone high up wanted me to catch up, because now all I need are McQuarrie Chewbacca and McQuarrie Snowtrooper. That, or they wanted to see how much money I would spend on toys in one fell swoop (these were all at one Walmart).

Thanks bro....I used a cover girl head for this Mara,
of course painted her hair and her face.

I tired to match the arms, but it just looked like ass, so I just left them the way they were.

Target Exclusive "Battle of Endor" Ultimate Battle Pack


4-inches.de has posted front and back packaged images of an upcoming Target exclusive "Battle of Endor" Battle Pack. The set includes: an AT-ST, AT-ST Driver, 2 Biker Scouts, Chewbacca, Dochee (black Ewok), Han Solo (Endor), 2 logs, 2 Speederbikes, a Stormtrooper, and Wicket the Ewok.

So I made a TRU run today looking for a few things. I saw a lot of SW figures but none with the red boarder so I couldn't get that Vader with removable helmet. I did see one Vader that was called a Saga legend; his packaging had a maroon boarder, was that the one?

Saga Legends should have an orangey border. The regular assortment this year has red borders,
except the McQuarrie concpet figures which have a light blue border.

As for that Vader, just look for the one with Obi-Wan's collapsed robe behind the Vader figure.
He should be on a red bordered card since he's from the regular assortment. It's a great Vader,
and I'm glad to see that one being re-released instead of the older, crappier POTF2 / Saga / etc versions.
(I still love the POTJ "Dagobah ghost" Vader... translucent black plastic, removable head,
exploded face mask and all!)

I hope we're able to find those Ultimate Battle Packs since they're coming out during the holidays.
Hopefully the higher price will ensure that there's enough for everyone. I'm still considering
buying a second Hoth set... That will bring my Rebel turret count to three.

At a Walmart today I found some of those Commemorative tins marked down on clearance. I was surprised that any were left, other than the few I sometimes see at Toys R Us at full price. I don't know if anyone remembers, but earlier this year (or late last year, I forget) I had found the Episode 4 & 5 sets on clearance at $1 each, and the Episode 6 sets at $10 each! I couldn't believe it, even having been working there at the time and knowing that the toy department manager was sometimes eager to get rid of clearance items. I was talking a friend who still works there (and in the toy dept. now) and she told me that the dept. manager could not fix the price so that they would all scan at $10. So I grabbed one of the Ep6 sets, the one Ep5 set and two Ep4 sets they had left. Score! Four sets for half the cost of one at full price!

Ok while on break last night we found a store mgr/ast mgr hanbook for what is coming up in the next few weeks.One is the Target exclusive Hoth and Endor Battle Packs

I learned these sets will be out the week of Nov 25th - Dec1st

The will be advertised but they will not be on sale.Target is running a promotion called Wow and Never

There are other toys in this but the only one toy here that will catch our interest is the Battle Packs

ie Endor Set with AT-ST and speeder Bike with AT-ST driver ,Han in trench coat and Ewok ,Biker Scout and Stormtrooper

Hoth Set ..AT-ST w/Driver ,Snow Troopers Luke and Han along with a turret

The only thing special here is that Target is running a contest the winner who will be selected picks up the Battle Packs will win a trip to Lucasfilm for a beind the scenes tour and will have an action figure made of him/herself.

Other then that the Black Friday 2 day special will feature no Star Wars or even Transformers

I heard also that the ARC-170 reissue and the Battle Pack for that should be out5 the following week of December possibly on an endcap
