Not sure what part of my response was not impressed by it. I am not impressed by my old run down version...
Yeah that and a lot of cool comic two packs are coming as well. I am quite excited!!! I still have my original Millenium even though it is incomplete and in pathetic shape, I really like what extras they have seemed to add.
Yes, it certainly does seem like I am not impressed...

Yes Palpatine looks very cool. I on the other have really just started collecting Star Wars so another 501st anything works for me
The Anakin set looks pretty good as well. Haven't seen any of the other sets since I first got the two I have but will look around this week after my wife and I get paid.

Da. I already demoted one that I had because a 2:9 Commander to Troop ratio seemed silly.
Now it's 1:10, much better - I need to pick up another SA 501st trooper to fill out the muscle, and that'll leave a single slot open for another specialist when/if one comes out. Hopefully a 501st AT-RT Driver, BARC Pilot, or Marine will come out eventually.

Lucasfilm's Stan Sansweet conducted a preview today at the New York Comic Con showcasing several trailers for upcoming Lucasfilm projects.
Star Wars: Force Unleashed
This multi platform game will be released on September 16. In it you play the secret apprentice to Darth Vadar. The story of the game takes place between movies 3 and 4 and serves as the bridge between them. You start out your duties by hunting down the last of the Jedi Masters. The final battle takes place on a junk planet fighting a hermit Jedi who can create junk golems.
One thing that became immediately apparent as your character uses his powers to cause a Star Destroyer to crash onto a planet is that the Force is turned way up in this game. Your character can do things on a scale that was not seen in any of the movies. When the designers of the game approached George Lucas about turning up the level of powers, Lucas agreed as a conceit to the nature of the medium.
The trailer was certainly visually stunning. This game looks to be an awesome gaming experience.
Star Wars: The Clone Wars - animated
First up will be a full length animated feature out this summer, telling the story of the Clone Wars. The animated weekly series will then pick up this fall where the movie leaves off. The series is more cinematic than anything that has been seen on TV before.
The next Star Wars celebration will be in Tokyo, Japan where the first Star Wars movie premiered back in 1978. Tickets go on sale April 20th.
Young Indiana Jones Chronicles - DVD
The third volume of the made for TV series is coming soon and features the early adventures of our favorite hero will include 30 hours of documentaries about the backgrounds of the adventures that Indy goes on.
Indiana Jones - the movies
Of course we all know that the new movie is coming out this summer. A new, very exciting trailer was exhibited showing Indiana in almost none-stop action.
There is a new coffee table book coming out from Ballantine Publishing about all four movies, loaded with behind the scenes info, including dirt about the long and tortuous process of getting the fourth movie to the theatre.
There are new special edition individual releases as well as a new box set with the first three movies coming soon to DVD. Each will have brand new extras.
Lego Indiana Jones Original Adventures - the game
A trailer was also shown for the upcoming Lego action video game coming later this year. The game play seems like an updated Pitfall, which is understandable since that game was inspired by Indy in the first place.
The game will take Indy on a wild adventure through the story lines of all three of the first movies. It is due to be released June 3, 2008 for most platforms and the PC.

Dang, I love it, but for that amount of $$$ I think I need to go for the AT-TE instead. I can't afford both (assuming I can afford one), and by sheer numbers I'm sure my Clone Troopers will out vote the main characters of the Original Trilogy. In spite of threats from Chewie.
