Watching it, I get the feeling it's going to be very much like Something Something Something Dark Side: some funny jokes, but not terribly good.

If your refering to the story of what happened is back over 30 years ago a child choked on a small toy piece that launched out of a Battlestar Galactica toy I believe it was a Viper.Well Kenner had Boba as a rocket launching figure but when this happened they had to change the toy so it didn't launch any missiles. So he was relesed with one permantly glued in

Oh. I thought it was something like it was originally a mail away but due to a packaging error figures didn't come with coupons or something like that. Man were the 80's crazy.

It's quite tempting to buy these.

Every time I'm in Target and TRU I see those guys and part of me is like, "they're cool" and the other part of me is like "they don't do anything." constant struggle.

There are Sandtroopers and Clonetroopers on the pegs, but no Stormtroopers, unless I'm not seeing them at the stores I go to. Or ToysRUs.com, Walmart.com, BBTS.com, HasbroToyShop.com, etc. I'm looking specifically for Stormtroopers.

Eh, Clone troopers look close enough. I really don't think there's THAT many people who would notice.

I'd notice, and I'm a Transformers fan. I want to get some actual Stormtroopers. Sandtroopers aren't good enough either. There's a Jokers Squad set on eBay for around $45 but that's about $9 each for 5 Stormtroopers and a 6th figure that I don't care about owning. I'm assuming they all have the same bodies, just different heads under the Stormtrooper helmets. Would that work or should I keep trying to find regular Stormtroopers? I think I'm more interested in the troop builder set that I linked to in my original post a few days back. Are there any regular ones coming out at retail in the near future?

Well I'd hope you notice since you're the one buying them. Seriously though Hasbro gets people to buy Stormtroopers over and over by making each one a little different. If you want them to all look the same I would suggest buying a set.

Which set would you recommend? Where can I find one at a reasonable price?
They don't need to look identical, they just need to be modern 3.75" Stormtroopers preferably from the same series (no POTF stuff). Are regular Stormtroopers referred to as Imperial Stormtroopers? If so, I'm looking for Imperial Stormtroopers since that is the most identifiable Stormtrooper to the general public (the primary Stormtrooper).

I was really tempted to buy the Joker Squad set but it looked like the helmets were a little too large for the bodies compared to a regular Imperial Trooper. This will look nice with the gallery of the Decepticon StormTroopers.
