Truly, team Noble were all terrible at their job, but at least they looked good doing it.

If only I hadn't missed the Cortana minifig from the original wave 4. :-(

Aside from that, I just need an Arbiter...

Part of me wants to buy that SDCC set with the really nice Chief and Arbiter. And also that misguided fool that Chief is going to murder the pulp out of have a nice, civil discussion with.

He certainly wasn't. Including shipping he cost me 425 EU. But having only seen him on ebay about twice over the past 6 or seven years, i couldn't let him pass.

I'm gonna try to find either that one or the banshee, just because I really like the looks of that 'leg' piece. How hard was it to figure out which one was the one you wanted on those? I know Lego doesn't use codes like other blind bags.

The Spectre is actually super easy: feel for the leg piece (L-shape), smooth cowl and most of all, the rattling of the chain! It sounds like lots of tiny pieces, and it's the only bag to make that noise.

Not sure if it's the genuine article, or a KO, but I'll be positive and go with the former.

Found this box while cleaning up the mess that is the former storage room, and the description caught my attention. The accessories I found with that Brave Exkaiser God Max KO I posted a few months earlier, so apparently it's gifted from the same family at the same time. Upon opening:

It's a Hummer, all right.

But not a Transformer, well, by Hasbro:

It's a Road Bot. Remember those Alternator wanna-bes? They even made it to Europe, sold for cheap. I transformed him and the result is pretty decent, even if his vehicle mode is a detachable plastic shell:

Plastic quality is good (though I saw stretch marks in one place), the joints are fine, but the left shoulder isn't riveted all the way in, leaving it loose in certain angles (multitudes of 90). But that doesn't take away from the credit of attempting to create a transforming robot toy from scratch without HasTak's expertise. Colors are pretty nice, in fact, they remind me of another toy I have:

So, before my laptop died I managed to get in an order to Toyfinity for their limited release of the Robo Force Ancient Constructs! John Kent (the owner of Robo Force) was good enough to also throw in a 10 pack of Mordles too! One of them is missing from this picture, but has since been located and rejoined with his brothers.

84 pieces each! The copper and gold colours are amazing. Glad I got in on these before they sold out!

Smallish haul this week. There were a few Lego Space sets that i still wanted, part of Value packs. Unfortunately none of the bricklink sellers who had them was willing to ship to NL.
So i bought the manuals separately, and then all the parts loose from dutch BL shops.

Nicely done!

I wanna look into something for the 5th of December as well, but I don't know what. I was looking at the Dino Charge + Ptera Charge Megazord 2-pack, but I didn't see any Zyudenchi/Dino Chargers inside the box. Does the set even come with them?

I'm expecting the regular #1 Tyrannosaurus and #6 Pteranodon at the very least, or even the multicolor. I don't want the fossil or egg kinds... Looks I'll have to get some of those Dino Charger packs.

Nope, haven't got him yet, or gingaioh. But the collection grows slowly and steadily.
I'm limited by what i have in funds (not much currently, due to buying a car), and what's available on Mandarake. They're my go-to place for older sentai mecha, but the stuff on offer is ever-changing.

Ok, got two things to show off, and the first one is a doozy.

Wooden Train Set

I never expected this, even though I was there when my mother-in-law and wife bought it! They said it was for a nephew who was coming to visit for the holidays. Turns out, it was for me! My mother-in-law said she had me in mind because I love trains, and coincidentally, owning a wooden train set had been a secret wish of mine since childhood... :oops:

The second one, I think you can guess given my questions a few posts back:

Power Rangers Dino Charge Megazord Deluxe Pack

A Black Friday item at Walmart, cost only $30, instead of $33 each (totaling $66). Honestly, I expected this item to sell out, but there are still a few left as of this post. If you need both Megazord, this is a must-have item. The only caveat: they come without Zyudenchi/Beast Batteries/Dino Chargers/the obligatory collectible gimmick. The instructions even have a sticker covering the thing for the Dino Charge Megazord!

*sighs* Looks like I'll definitely have to get those Charger packs, or at the very least the TRU ones with the recolored figurines.
