I’ve posted photos under my collection forum in the past but lately i was able to take some updated ones of my Armada, Energon, and Cybertron collection.

This has to be one of my favorites lines post G1/G2 era.

Sitting on top of my 2nd display case is Unicron and Optimus Prime and on the bottom shelf of this case is the rest of my Armada line up. Of note, Unicron, OP, and Jetfire are my original ones i bought back in the early 2000s. I actually had more but gave those up but decided to hang to these three. Over the years i have been able to build up this line to where i want it. I know there is plenty more mini-cons to buy and even other variants of select character but at this time i am only needing the mini-con Astroscope to complete my goal.

This time i am highlighting my Energon and Cybertron line up.

On top of my 3rd display case i have place all the big characters and a few others that coincide with what is on the shelves below. You may see a couple Transformers not from the Unicron Trilogy and thats why. They are on the other shelves down below in the case.

Have to say the top is a little crowded but i love looking at that line up on the back row. Most of them I bought while i was stationed in Germany (US Army) back in the mid 2000s. Just having Cybertron Primus, Energon Unicron, Cybertron (Supreme) Starscream, Energon Omega Supreme, Omega Sentinel is great. With some of my Energon Transformers i am them in combined mode like OP and Wing Saber.
It is a great group overall that i am fortunate to have in my collection.

For my Energon shelf, again i was going for the main characters from the cartoon. Maybe down the line i will try to add Superion Maximus and Constructicon Maximus.
Unfortunately, for the one photo of the Autobots, you cannot see Jetfire, Cliffjumper, and Bulkhead clearly.

Moving on to my Cybertron shelf. This is a series i have been adding to here recently, more so for may Decepticons. Those include Thunderblast, Sideways, and Skywarp. Also i was able to complete Scourge (was missing the tail) and find select Cyber Keys. Which i will say again, ensure you confirm the Cyber Key that is listed with any Cybertron character. My one big stand out is missing the mini-con for Menasor, Heavy Load. I find that, i will be one happy camper.

Thanks! Although I have to correct you: he's not a new addition. Had him since 2011. I just haven't showed him off in a while because I was embarrassed of the sloppy amateur incomplete G1 paintjob I inflicted on him some years ago.

As mentioned before I had more from the Armada line, especially all the mini-cons. I had them all connected onto Unicron while he was in planet mode. I think I had every connection point taken. Good times for sure.

You're welcome! And man, I really need to get more Mini-Cons. Only non-partner one I have currently is Cybertron Shockwave, who needs some cleaning and repair.

How do you think Armada Unicron looks with Kingdom Cyclonus, SS86 Scourge, and TR Galvy?

The Mini-cons are neat and they bring something extra to this series. As much as i love them, again that’s why i just stuck with the major story line Mini-cons. There is so many! Yes here is a couple of sets hat was used more but as far as Skyboom Shield, Reqiuem Blaster, and Star Saber that’s what i was focusing on. The supply and demand definitely is increasing with Armada line. They are getting more expensive, especially with sets like i mentioned before. It could be the same if you choose to buy them separately rather than paying out more for the set.

You know what, I would have never thought about posing Armada Unicron with Kingdom Cyclonus, 86 Scourge, and a version (hahaha) of Galvatron. Just thinking about it, i would think they would look pretty decent together, perhaps not quite to scale but still. Unfortunately at the moment i am not able to put that group together. That might be one of the first things i do once i am off my crutches. Kind of a pain hobbling around my Transformer room, . I don’t have Galvatron but would definitely take a group shot of what i have.

...I'm a fool. I forgot I also had the Star Saber and Skyboom Shield. Whoops. Still, the weapon sets aren't the same as, say, the Air Military team or what have you. And yeah, the prices are annoyingly climbing..

My latest addition to my Cybertron collection, is Unicron (deluxe). I was able to win him on eBay for 20 bucks with free shipping and his instructions where included. Only issue, no cyber key. I couldn’t pass up winning him for that price and in great condition. I only have perhaps a couple more i will try to buy at some point and then i will be good with what i have from the Cybertron line.

Speaking of the Overload mold, can we get some pics of the weapons mode attached to Optimus' base mode? That configuration is wholly absent from the galleries here. Would also be neat to see Energon Ultra Magnus linked to Powerlinx Optimus Prime.

No, Unicron is taller, pretty much the same height as Sideways.

Speaking about Overload, give me a day or two I can do some combo shots. Unless someone beats me to it, but it will still be fun to do. Haven't had them combined for quite some time. I wish I had Ultra Magnus.

Since i was pulling these guys out i thought i would snag a couple photos of them in their combined modes. I forgot out tall he is was with all three combined. Then the other photo is just with Overload and OP. Not pictured but messing around with Overload, besides the base mode you can combined him to the lower half of OP’s trailer/legs. He is more goofy looking than anything.

Looking very nice. Might be lacking in articulation outside of Optimus' arms, but still awesome.

But the main thing I was wanting to see actually was Overload linked to Optimus' trailer's base mode as extra guns; there's no pics of that in the galleries here for some reason.

@Zelda, Don’t know if this still what your looking for. I was able to mount Overload’s cannons on two different spots on the base mode. Other than that i don’t see ay other possibilities. There could be but nothing noticeable to I could tell.

That's because you were trying to mount just the cannons. If I may quote the post where I first brought this up:

When I originally looked at that post and replied, only two of the pics were showing for me. I didn't know that first one was even there until I looked again just now. I don't know what's more to blame: The connection I was on, the browser, or my perception screwing with me... I just know that when I originally saw that post I only saw and counted the latter two pics...
