I haven't found stability to be an issue and I think the huge heels looks a bit odd on such a slim character.

The missle launcher gun, providing that the hinge on the gun itse;f is stiff enough, will freely pose on that little plastic nub,
enabling him to sprout an anti-aircraft missile,
