I like Sigma's question in his signature about why good things have to hurt people's wallets. That is so true if he's talking about Transformers because they can be very hard on the wallet, especially if someone's into comic books too like I am; and I get quite a few comics every month with the two Green Lantern titles, Star Trek: Boldly Go, and maybe The Incredible Hulk. Unless I'm mistaken, I believe there's one triple changer that's considered a giant and unstoppable by most other Transformers; and that's Trypticon.

To get things back on track, I discovered something about Combiner Wars Bruticus when I made MY LATEST CUSTOM.

Because it's convenient, have a excerpt:

This is how everyone transform their bruticus wrong. Why the arms are rotated so the combiner ports are facing you is to allow these pegs from the chest plate to peg into these slots right here:

Now for the whole combined mode, you'll have to unpeg the chestplate from the shoulder to allow the connection of the arm. Peg it back in once the limb is in place.

I always transformed the Bruticus torso like the Defensor one. But transformed correctly, the shoulders of the Bruticus are rock solid and will NEVER move.

I like to transform my Bruticus with his shoulders locked in like you say, but the rest of Onslaught's arms are folded down his back. That also means his cannon backpack is elevated up so his twin guns are much more pronounced. Looks much better to me than the official way, and it keeps everything locked in.

When you do, angle the onslaught arms inwards so the forearms are covering his spine. That stops them being visible from the front.

EXTRA WEAPON STORAGE FOR TLK BARRICADE

I never saw this in any reviews nor seen it discussed here before. We all know about Barricade's "riot shield" secret feature. We also know that the pistol and baton can store under the car. But appart doing that below, how to deal with the "gatling gun bracelet"?

With all that space left due to shellforming, how about INSIDE?

As you can see, everything fil perfectly without forcing anything. Just put the gatling gun in open position on the legs like so. No pegging, no forcing, just let it rest there.

Only thing left is to clip the rooftop in place and there you go. The gun don't even rattle inside.

At first glance, Barricade is a pretty standard toy. But secret features keep popping up! Any others left? :-?

I found out that Laserbeak's got a third alternate mode. If you get stuck understanding the instructions that come with a Transformer, those YouTube walk through videos sure come in handy; and I'm so glad someone toldme about it, so thank you. I should use that to figure out how to transform Steelshot because that one's a bear to figure out.

The YouTube video doesn'tsay what the third alternate mode is, just how to do it. There's the spy tablet mode and the forklift mode that doesn't look as realistic as the Gobot Spoons that the instructions tell how to do. However, if you take the thing with the prawns and rotate it so that the prawns are upside down like the video shows to do, you'll have your third alternate mode. It could be a tank for all I know. Your guess is as good as mine. The reason I said tank is because that's meant to make the prawns resemble guns.

If the mode is not specified in the instructions, it IS a fan mode. Yup, even if it appeared in canon media.
It happened a couple of times in the G1 cartoon as well. Check a few pages back for an example with 6shot.

Now that I answered questions asked about Laserbeak, can someone please help me out with the Transformers I have that I'm trying to figure out how to transform? It's just the names I'm after. I figured out how to transform Tankor, but I'm missing the shield that came with him. Is it possible to buy little parts for them? The motorcycle I asked about in the comments and questions post came out sometime between the Armada line and now, and it's the same way with the dune buggy, the biplane, and the Autobot ship. An online video was very helpful for Mindset.
