trouble is...that they won't change, they never have...and never will....where 3p is concerned & yes!!! their excuse'll be that there's not enough interest in it for it to change, well the reason they don't generate enough interest in it is because people come on here & see that you don't cover it in the same fashion as other likeminded websites do, so that's why they end up going to those other sites instead, so off the back of that your not going to generate any great interest in it in the first place unless you give it a try(ie TFcon coverage)

anyway we've not heard from the bossman himself...SEIBERTRON...what does he think about all this? & would he consider a policy change in future?(& before anyone asks why do I want Seibertron to respond? because I may value his opinion on the matter)

Actually he's made his position clear on this matter on a number of occasions. He has no interest in supporting 3P companies, he only wants to support Hasbro/Takara Tomy and any other companies that have licensed Transformers product.

Again, this stance has been around for a very long time.

Well, this is a site mainly dedicated to OFFICIAL products. So of course only those news should be featured. It's a simple matter of not clogging the newsfeed with random stuff I guess.

Because there's WAY too much transforming toys and companies that are worth featuring. Like Maccross, Gundam, Diaclone, Super Sentai, all those Korean franchises...
A line must be drawn.

I'm tankful to have a small corners on this site dedicated to random stuff. But it's the responsibility of us users to actually put content on here. See something interesting that you think deserves sharing? POST IT! And please, not just a basic link. Many like me want to see things HERE, not to go to random sites. Embed a YouTube video, post a link but copy/pasta the article as well, WITH the pictures.

Sure, it's work, but it's the best way to share the love! Even if what you post CANNOT be officially featured, it will not be for naught because people will still see it. And the more you post, the more the thread will be alive, and the more people will see the things you like.

Moving swiftly on, I'm very surprised that one of MMC's next projects is an IDW... Warpath. A character who has cameo'd in IDW at best, and whose last design directly matched that of his Generations 2011 Deluxe. I can only guess he's a pretool for a more significant tankformer; like their Wing was for Drift.

Too bad there's no comparison shots with Lockdown's vehicle mode and MP-Bee's.

Still, this look BAD ASS and I'm very glad that some 3P company dabble in the Movieverse instead of the good old G1 and IDW.

Sure, we got Wei Jiang but they only make improved KOs. That "Lockdown" is a 100% original mold and I LOVE it! :APPLAUSE:

the other one that caught my eye was
KFC(thought they did chicken? didn't know they did 3p figures...lol) Stratotanker(MP Octane)

(tail sections definitely an improvement over that of the tail section of Provider)

(the truck mode is also an improvement over Provider...the fact that this one has a joint so you can move the cab section left or right)
