Rated X wrote:Shouldnt they start appearing in local stores ??? Even after the RTS screwjob, I just cant see ordering online for Hasbro stuff. It freaking crazy when you cant find figures in a big city like Miami...
The"screw job" also comes from how department managers view action figures. They think of them like any other toy, like a baseball bat. The better ones actually view certain toys like produce, and realize that after a while some go bad, and stay on the shelf, and need to be replaced with new ones. The problem arises from the first view and they over order a big shipment late in the year to gear up for the holidays and not make any significant orders after that, just restocking the same ones over and over again, until Hasbro forces one on them or a movie comes out.
