Just been making some changes to the Titans Galvatron I got yesterday as it's not a bad figure as such but has some flaws which really irritate me.
Hated the position of the cannon as it blocked elbow articulation and use of the right hand and I much prefer to have it on the forearm so I sliced a slot into the handle area so it could clip onto the fin on his right forearm so now there's no problem with articulation.
Like MemphisR56has done I sliced the mask off the spring bit (and removed ugly chin strap) to attach directly to the head to enable the lost neck articulation. The mask on mine is currently attached by blu-tack til I can get the right tools to shave out of the mask some more to fit flush like in MemphisR56's topic. For now I'm much happier with the increase in articulation and the mask doesn't really look too bad on the Titan Master when in it's lil robot form anyways.
Gonna sand down the cut areas some more and paint a fair bit of it too. If I choose to keep this cartoon colour scheme, as opposed to the Marvel look I'd much prefer, I'm likely to paint the outer parts of the Titan Master purple to match Galvatron's head so the mask looks much more integrated.
Also I'm planning to slice a gap in each hands to make it look like his hands are slightly open so that I can make him hold the usual Matrix accessory.
