I have seen that mentioned around the interwebs as well, there were even batch numbers given, but I have no idea where I read it or what they were.

Perhaps it's the same issue as the floppy chest door to which Full-Tilt attaches, which is easily fixed by tightening some screws. Have you tried tightening any of the screws in the tail section to put more pressure on the ramp?

However, the tab that is present on your ramp is located at a different position than the tabs on my Trypticon's ramp. Not sure how that comes into play.
