Have they removed Tracks' knee caps? It looks like they have! Between that, the head, the wrenches, and the feet, this a substantial retool! (Well, not a retool since I'm sure all the parts were on the original sprue, but you get my meaning).

Im honestly confused about all this talk with guns and wrenches and the right numbers of them. But I was not a fan of the tracks mold...however this retool is glorious.

*sigh* Looks like I need to suck it up and admit that, after grumbling about the initial pics of this guy, I'm actually impressed. I'm not 100% giddy or anything but I'm a LOT more impressed with this new figure than I was initially. Since I'll probably have him in bot mode more often than not, I'm ready to add this to my 'Buy on sight' list.

Yeah, that's my fault. :lol:

Wheeljack comes with two wrenches and one gun. The toy in the picture is shown with two guns, one's from Turbo Tracks, to imitate a 1980s Wheeljack look.

So, to re-iterate, Wheeljack comes with 2x Wrenches and 1x Gun.

Love this guy. Not a huge fan of the feet. don't hate them, just could have been a bit better. Still swooping him up asap though.

ok the whole time i was like...i swear wheeljack only had one gun...which was true..so know its all cleared up sweet.

On a sidenote I am getting tired of transformers having lame weapons(wrenches) or no handheld weapons at all(perceptor) I mean was making a sniper rifle just too much?

I feel the same way! I got into Transformers recently and watched the G1 cartoon with the wife. Wheeljack became one of my favorites right away, and then this toy was revealed. I was psyched. I can't wait to scoop him up!

Looks great !!! Thinking about keeping the rocket launchers tucked inside his backpack and looking foer a shoulder cannon that fits. Or maybe just keep the right rocket launcher out. It works on Tracks.

Excellent alt mode. WJ always had my favourite paint job of any of the G1 cars and this release is no different. That car and it's retooling look amazing!! Great bot mode too. Near perfect classics representation.
