Just a heads up, I might be posting again soon, but not for the story yet. I need more figures for the rest of the story, so I must wait. I do have good ideas for some funny little seperate skits though, but please don't get confused and think everything is related to the story. Though, I might slip some surprises in here and there.

Let's just say the next one might involve a TF spoof of a show I love which just ended with the main two hosts retiring. And it's gonna get a reboot with new hosts which is sad and good at the same time.

Sorry to post anything but comic panels again.

Wanted to say I know it's taking forever to post anything again. I'm just kinda flustered right now with things, and don't have really what I need to photo shoot right now. At least what I need to take good quality photos but without using two batteries a day. That was beginning to get expensive. So, deciding to try other things while I have time between dealing with IRL issues and talking to my lover.

Also, I am customizing some of the figures I have. But I'm just using panel line parkers. My black one got damaged in like the first day though because it wasn't inking right, so I'll need to get another black one when I can. Right now I'm just messing with the gray one, which doesn't work on darker colors at all.

But, I am not customizing some of my figures like TAV Slug until I at least review them, and Slug I still am not decided on whether I want to customize at all.

As far as the story though:

Thinking about taking a more moody turn to this comic. The silly nature with all the crazy antics are good and all, but they are a facade for the more serious elements of what is happening. It's not always fun and games even in a toy world. And even stories with funny moments also have gloomy times.
Also, less IRL room shots and more outside shots and even dark shots with no visible backgrounds. Gonna have old faces showing up again, and also some new ones. Some of the new though are technically old though but have never been featured in the story yet. Including someone I think y'all will be really hyped to see in the story.
Also as far as action, I think there won't be really any sword fighting and all that since that takes a lot of time to set up, and plus I already did that. I think there'll be action, but more on-the-edge-of-your-seat sorts of stuff. I think I've proven that swords fights aren't my forte. I like guns and stuff better. Laser blasts are more fun to draw and track.

And yeah, I know it sounds really complicated and stuff, and that's because it is. This is something I'm working on really as practice for doing professional work in the comic style of writing without drawing every frame from scratch. I wanna put as much work into it as possible and not have to worry about getting it done by a certain date. Again, think of it like an episodic sort of thing that comes out every so often with a new episode.

Oh also, I think I might leave where I last left off as sort of its own random thing. It doesn't fit in well with what I am trying to do, and I feel if I am forced to continue that, I'll lose my creative freedom. I was kinda just trying to throw in some new toys in as best as I could in a new post because I thought it would be fun. So, just kinda consider those older chapters and stories like prequel segments to kinda show how the characters are. Might even refer back to past insidents in those from time to time. Who knows.

Also Highbrow is really stinkin annoying to try and shoot with. He's looking pretty awesome so far with the customization though, so I'll try to fit him in somewhere.

Also I'm gonna probably change the name again to something catchier.

Anyway, that's about it. Thanks for being patient. It's just been hard lately.

P.S. I am not really sure what to do about the many pages of pointless posts here with no content. That's something that bugs me a lot with this thread, and almost makes me wanna start over tbh. I just want a clean thread. Right now would be a good time for some advice. Thnx!

This may be something Burn will have to greenlight, but... I am thinking about starting next episode in a different thread, and starting off kinda new. It'll continue this story still and harken back to old story elements, but I want to have a clean slate for this. This thread just has way too many pages also with not enough content, so if I started even in this post with the comic (though it isn't shot yet), people would literally have to scroll back like three pages to get back to the comic from before. So... Whatcha think?

I think that it's a good idea. Helps with navigation and just the general quality of the content. It would be advisable to put a link to the old thread in the new for new readers. And get approved by Burn, of course.

So I have talked with Burn, and what we're probably gonna do is wait until I get a new thread up for the new comic, and then post one last post on this one linking to the new one. Then after I do that, Burn or someone will lock the thread so no further commenting is done on here.
