Tracks! DONE.

Post all your customized Transformers here. Whether it's a small mod or a true kitbash, we'd love to see it!

Dang, this is more of a mini-masterpiece than a Classics figure. Like most of the others here I'm loving it. I'm jealous of your skils. The cuts and lack of flaws on this figure are far better than anything I could achieve.

You sir, have a special kind of genius. I wish I had the skill to make a classics Tracks like that, cos it's damn sexy and cool in so many ways!

Salutations to you sir!

ok. the head has been chosen. excellion wins. I got this awesome stuff from dick blick today called Smoothon liquid plastic compound. so I only had to decapitate my excellion for a few hours while I made a mold of it. wings and shin covers are still in the works. well the the whole damn thing is still in the works. but it's coming along.

by the way, thanks for all your comments. it sure keeps me going on this.

cheers

Nice stuff, and excelliont(:P) choice of head, certainly for a 'toon Tracks. Are you going to sculpt a faceplate on, or leave as is?
I'm also really curious about this Smooth-On stuff. I probably can't even get it over here, but I'm interested to know how it works.

That's the problem with the UK. We can rarely ever get anything useful over here...

That Tracks is the sex. It kicks so many kidns of ass, and inspires me to make my own!

Shame on you sir! :P

hello hello. thanks all for the kind words. I'm going to be out of commission for a few weeks preparing for an exhibition of my paintings, so I'm forbidding myself from working on any and all bashes.
Soap, here's an update of what I've got so far. The shins and wheels still need to be attached. a few other minor things here and there and the flames of course. Also I've addded a few surprises of what to expect in some upcoming stuff and a rework of one of my oldies.

cheers all
I'll be back in about a month

ALMOST DONE! here's a couple of pics in robot mode. some areas still drying. needs a couple of touch ups and I think I'm gonna call this done. I've also included some teasers of upcoming hoist and trailbreaker. alt mode and final robot pics will be up tomorrow night or the next.

cheers all.

I am very impressed, and extremely envious of your obvious kitbashing skills.

And you have peaked my interest with the preview pic with hoist in it...
