I plan on seeing it this weekend so no spoilers please. I was a big fan of Shawn of the Dead and Hot Fuzz so I'm excited to see this one. Even though Simon Pegg seems to be the only actor from the other 2 movies, I've read some good reviews.

Run Fatboy Run is in theaters as of this week. Has anyone see it? What did you think?

It's absoloutely brilliant. Simon Pegg has become one of my favourite actors and he once again does a great job in this movie.
You'll definitely enjoy it!

- Weapon: Air Rifle
I missed this one when it was in cinemas here, and I've yet to buy the DVD (which I think came out here recently...)
I expect it to be awesome though; his other two creations are just damn awesome
Might get it tomorrow if I see it. We're going tv shopping (I think), so there's no better way to break the new tv in!

We got a film before somewhere else did!?
It's great, though, highly recommend it.

It was a UK release back in December wasn't it?
It had it's Australian release probably a month ago.

Before that. October at the latest, probably the tail end of September.

I just finished watching it. It was a very enjoyable film and will probably pick up the DVD once it comes out in the US.

Not as brilliant as Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, but it's a pretty entertaining movie. -

Yep. You can finally hold that over us Americans.
Now maybe game companies will start actually releasing games over there...no...no, game companies hate Europe...

Re: Run Fatboy Run
I watched this on DVD the other day. I thought it was quite good and I was surprised given that I'd heard bad things about it. The jokes aren't as frequent as in Shaun of the Dead or Hot Fuzz and Schwimmer does tend to spend a few minutes more than he needs to on sentiment (not just here but in all his films) but it is a funny film and worth viewing.

Every time I see this film, I just think of the character Pegg played in Hot Fuzz, and thus the film is ruined for me
