Well that is too bad because I think they look AWESOME! I couldn't get the original version of Arcee, so getting one, with not only an awesome paint scheme, but also fixed hands, and a bunch of new and pointless weapons? Must buy for me! =)

Hey man, if you like em get em! They aren't for me. I have heard that Takara will be releasing remolds of some other fembots. My money will go to them

Sorry to post two things in a row, but I just wanted to point out how awesome you are Optimizzy! It's so awesome to see people agree to disagree for a change rather than being narrowminded. I wish everyone could be like you in the forums!!

Oof.... Hopefully their price will go down. When does HTS usually put up exclusives?

Following the trend of recent years, they'll probably be available on Hasbro Toy Shop on a random day after the con. The listings will go up in the middle of the night and they'll all be gone by morning before any normal person has a chance to order them.
But it's okay for the male TransFormers to be tough and the women be wimpy? You can't ever have a fembot wipe the floor with a man? Yeah, that's sexist.SillySpringer wrote:There is a difference between having tough girls that need to be tough to survive and get the job done, and having tough girls taking the roll of the guys and the guys being the wimps. It's not Elita one being tough for a good reason, it's to make optimus look like a wimpy girl.
So you're saying women need men? Again, that's sexist.Delta Magnus wrote:I never said THAT was good either. Although the comparison is a little off given the particular brand of stupidity I'm referring to is the combination of "UNKILLABLE MARY SUE BADASS LOL" with "ERMAHGERD MUH STRONK EMPOWERED WOMAN WHO DON'T NEED NO MAN".

If y'all don't like kickass female characters, then don't read/watch/whatever it is that has them in it... but many people DO enjoy strong, killer women. Xena: Warrior Princess was popular for a reason.

Women are to be loved and cherished by men, I am not sexist.
Men, most of the time, are built for tough labor. While women, are built for being motherly. Read the bible.

Bringing up an extremely sexist two thousand year old book to tell us how men and women are supposed to be? This gun get gud

The bible never fails.
Va'al wrote:What I'm really surprised to see from these two sets is the closer relation that Hasbro has to IDW, compared to previous years.
I mean, the Knights of Unicron set was fun, but had no connection to the fictions, or the franchise in general other than some fun references and conflation of 80s properties and trends.
Both of these sets, on the other hand, feature prominently in the comics, be it due to Hasbro deciding on the figures first, or the evolving Barber/Roberts/Scott storylines. It's ..really quite cool.
