I HAVE KNOWN MATT FOR LIKE 10 YEARS AN HAVE DONE A NUMBER OF TRANSACTIONS WITH HIM AN NEVER HAD A PROBLEM I SENT HIM A BOXED SEALED METALHAWK PLUS A UNUSED d-16 MEGATRON HET GETS THE ITEMS AN TAKES THEM IN AS CREDIT FOR HIS BLACK ZARAK THAT HE AGREED TO SELL ME AN THEN CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD 800.00 AN NOW IS REFUSING TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE REMAINDER OF PAYMENTS AN HAS THE ITEMS AS WELL THAT HE DID NOT EVEN PAY ME FOR SO WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT THIS SITUATION
