And I agree that the Dinobots should be closer to the same size. Heck, a Spinosaurus is BIGGER than a Tyrannosaurus Rex. C'mon guys. IS Bay ironically the only one here that cares about scale?

Put simply, it's a form sent to stores by companies, advertising their product (you know the phrase "No Soliciting", right?). They should include pricing as well, so the list in the original News Item is off in that aspect.

I think the dino modes should be to scale, in which case Grimlock should be the biggest.
