This new Prowl looks respectable compared to that suckup from g1.
he would totally pwn G1 prowl.

this is like the best toy ever.
he's got like 3 different weapons.
one of them is a ninja star.

Hmmm ... very interesting reading all of the posts. Goes to show me that there are very few people who know G1 any more. Circuit-Su was not made up by Dreamwave. They included it, but Circuit-Su first made its appearance on Bugly's tech spec card. It gives him the ability to "channel energy into one powerful electric blast". Dreamwave, in fact, did not even do a good description of it. There is nothing about turning an aggressor's attack against them implied by the original description and the electric blasts are not rumored. They are fact. It is central to the martial art.
And, I certainly agree with many who have said that once you change a character enough, it is time for a new name. Yes, I would rather lose the original names if the new characters simply do not reflect the original character. That's why I didn't see the new movie. I was all for change, not a problem. My problem was looking at the new characters and noticing that those simply are not Optimus, Bumblebee, Ratchet, Ironhide, Megatron, etc. If you are going to re-invent TF's, then re-invent TF's. Don't use the original names.

I wish Hasbro would put all the tech spec info back together into the one part of the packaging, and stop having bio and the quote in one place, and the specs in another place.
That was the few things that I didn't like about the Cybertron toys.
