first off im trying to find out what this jazz is from in ricochets photos and its avalibility

Japanese Superlink Downshift is alot closer to G1 Wheeljack. He has grey parts instead of that olive green color. He's getting tougher to find though.
I wouldn't hold my breath for an original Devastator mold. They may do a repaint of the Classics one though.

A Devastator mold in the Classics line would probably be a single figure rather than a combiner but I would not hold my breath.
If you are trying to find the Botcon exclusive Jazz, secondary market or some online store would probably be your best bet.

They already made a classics Devastator he's a repaint of energon Construction maximus.
And yes we will get new classics it's just called universe now officially, but we just call them Classics 2.0
