He looks more Jazz simply colored like Wheeljack, complete with his helmet colored like Jazz's (with black painted around the ears so it looks like a Jazz/Wheeljack fusion helmet) and a front-bumper chest.
He doesn't even have a wacky new altmode that leans into the "fun" of the line like Megatron, Snarl, and others do. He's just "Wheeljack, but he's shaped like Jazz for some reason".
