You are misinformed.....Only Voyager Starscream has been mentioned to have Mechtech (seems to be a trend, like how Animated Starscream had automorph for no good reason).

But if I'm mistaken that would be a relief. However it's not the spring-loaded gimmick I hate, it's the HUGE intrusive weapons stuck onto the alt modes, which seem to still be a big part of the upcoming Prime waves. :BANG_HEAD:

I don't even think Clifjumper comes with that weapon. It wasn't in Peaughs video review, unless they are adding it into the release in the standard edition figures (non-first edition). Even then, I think that is just like that because it has no place to store in vehicle mode, not indicative of the whole line, just the Cliffjumper mold.

I hated how people are calling Que Wheeljack. The only thing they have in common is the sciency bit. Wheeljack is so much cooler than Que.

I like the mold, but the head isn't interesting me. Not because it's not G1, but because it's creepily-Einsteiny-ugly. That being said, I'll probably get the "G1" Wheeljack when it comes for the mold. This, though, is a pass.
Seriously though, he has more weapons than Ironhide slaggin' does! The injustice!

Let me clarify. I wouldn't have liked the not looking a thing like Wheeljack part of the character but I would have accepted it. The Way he was portrayed and killed off is The overall main reason for this. The others just add to the displeasure. Dino/Mirage however I noticed nothing overall with the characterization that DIDN'T say Mirage (not sure of what did but that is a different discussion) and I would've bought Mirage getting a Ferrari as his alt mode. It fit his somewhat snobbish personality.

Indeed. The stealth force mode was something HORRIBLE (am i alone in this?), a lame excuse to not work on the transforming sequences (no new robot design had a FULL transforming sequence, just from far or reduced angles). Should i want to see beefed up vehicles, instead of TRANSFORMING robots, i could wait for a MASK toyline movie (it looks like Bay did a favor to Kenner, instead of Hasbro)

Hehe, you bring up a good point. The stealth force, as much as I dig from a technical point of view, did save them transforming into robots more... somthing the movie has always needed much more of, and in much more detail, and lenth...etc..etc. Take all that time spent rendering that boring robotic sandworm and use it on the choreography of more bot on con battle sequences.

Its not Wheeljack, he's called Que. If he were Wheeljack he would have the name Wheeljack.

My initial reaction was "urgh" and I stand by it. Is it badly transformed cos in alt mode it looks like its missing some windscreen and the A piller. Face is ugly. So far I only have Sentinal Prime from Dark of the Moon and that is the way things will stay until they bring out a leader Shockwave.

You're wasting your time holding your breath. There is no Leader Class Shockwave for the DOTM line. The line ends in December. Both Seibertron and TFW have a source that says a Leader Megatron and Shockwave are coming in 2012. There is a rumor that says we're receiving a follow up line in 2012 (will most likely be called Movie Trilogy Line) and they're supposed to be in it.

I know nothing more than that and I go by what I'm told. Plans can change at any time, but currently, those are the plans.

Hasbro's slides from NYCC seem to confirm the existence and title of the follow up line. It was listed as Movie Trilogy Line. It's correct that this really isn't Wheeljack, this is Que. We'll be receiving a Wheeljack in the MTL. This body, G1 colors, G1 head.

Wow the trilogy retool/paint WJ is so fkn good its simply amazing compared to Que i actually feel sorry for the old man and might buy him out of pity :lol:

The car its self looks great it even has tats, that blue Que's wearing is nasty and that green his weapons are made of is :SICK:
