Another version of DOTM Bumblebee has made it's way onto ACToys. This version appears to based on the Deluxe mold but has been remolded with jet engines at the rear of his alt mode. You may recall a product list originating from Malaysia appeared about a week ago that listed a Deluxe figure called "DA-18 Nitro Bumblebee". Is that what we're getting a look at below?

Makes me wonder if this is based on something from the movie or just Hasbro trying to move another thousand different Bumblebees again.

Part of me likes it in that sick "I could repaint this as something else" kind of way. I mean for some reason I get a Knightrider feel for it. If they did this to Barricade, he'd be a neat stand in for the GT500 KITT in attack mode. :lol:

Yes, cue masses of Back to the Future/Men in Black quotes.

Anyway, the toy seems to boast the same visual style as Voyager Prime (split windows, solar panels etc.), although it looks a lot better, bar the Mechtech weapon as usual. It would be cool to redeco, but I think we've all seen so many Bumblebee toys that this one is kind of passing over our heads.

I like it. I love the jetpacks on the back! It reminds me of Animated when Bumblebee had jetpacks.

Just when I thought I only was going to buy one DOTM BB, this one is leaked. Depending on how 'bot mode looks I might have to pick up 2 (1 kickass Camaro mode, 1 'bot mode). Not too sure of the mechtech port on the hood, maybe it will be refined.

Bumblebee's been cast in a Back to the Future reboot film! :shock:

I've got to admit, there is no way I'm going to pass this up. That is one badass Bumblebee if you ask me. Custom 2011 Camaro + twin jet engines = epic win.

Maybe this is an armed mode much like the Wreckers, perhaps?

I can tell you this much for certain...come July 4th, those fake rockets are getting replaced and when this toy "reaches 88 MPH, you're going to see some serious sh..."! :grin:

I wanna see the robot mode, but I kinda like it. He needs a spoiler though, with that kind of power pushing him he's gonna be all over the road with no down force. Has an Armada look to it.
