WOW! This actually looks good, I'm in shock. Am I the only one that thought the old bot on the Ark was Alpha Trion?

Dual Rocket-Propelled Grenade Launcher
Definitely the best toy from DOTM next to Shockwave I've seen. He looks like he'd make a great Alpha Trion, even in a Classic display. His Earth alt-mode might not fit AT that well, but overall he fits the look enough for me. Great looking figure all around.
Currently in need of: RID Rail Spike robot mode head (not Rail Racer's head); RID Midnight Express gun; RID Rapid Run missile; Animated Ultra Magnus' Hammer

Without a doubt the best Movievers toy ever! Sleek lines in robot mode, fantasic alt mode with great detail all around. I also really like how his side fairings in bot mode kinda resemble a cape. Can't wait to see even more images. Might have to get two figures so i can display in both bot, and alt modes!

Normally I hate facial hair on Transformers and I was disgusted to think that the bot in the trailer was that hated cliche, Alpha Trion. But slag it, this Sentinel Prime is winning me over. I love new Primes like I love new Seekers. Primes in the traditional sense, not Animated.
I love how he's a bit more G1 in appearance. Pity they couldn't do that with the rest. Loved the first film, disappointed with the second, now looking forward to the third. Slag it, I am going to pick this up, aren't I? Always thought Sentinel Prime was the coolest name among the Primes.

Sentinel looks OK. Not quite enough to get me to the fork over the cash for him (I'm saving up for when the PRIME toys hit in October), but still not bad.
I'm more interested in the Ark - even if it is for a down-scaled line, there's hardly any Ark toys out there now as it is.

Very impressed with Sentinel! Of course the weapons and such in alt. mode will probably store inside him (remember the photo of the DOTM line? The fire-truck was completely closed up)

I've been compiling a scale list (largest to smallest) of the Film Transformers based on; vehicle/alternate modes (with the best dimension data possible), as many official charts I could find & most crucially, the figures I actually own & desire! If anyone would like a bit of assistance in scale or would simply like a peek at the list, do say so! ^^
(Also been working on something big; I'm a writer, so that's a clue...

Ok, this proves the bot in the end of trailer #1 was Sentinel Prime, and the ship was the Ark.
The toy looks nothing like the one in the trailer.
I think I know the reason.
If you look at the Ark very closely, you'll notice lots of holes all over it.
Peg holes.
This pretty close to proves my theory that the Mechtech weapons combine.
You put them onto the Ark to make it look like the one in the movie.

I've never been much of an optimus guy. Everyone else seems to have a prime shelf. I get one everyone now and then.
However, Sentinel looks pretty cool. I hope they continue making alternate primes in the future.

He's a good looking figure. It's nice to finally see what this figure looks like after only seeing the truck mode for so long.

Well I wasn't looking at you like you were crazy at least, since I've been trying to convince people this is Sentinel since the listings we saw but almost no one believed me even then.
I also find it disturbing that you can read minds. I have been keeping my guard up ever since you said you will show up at my house, so now I have more of a reason to be worried.

Wow, he looks really actually good, and would make a good kitbashed movie HotSpot.
I WAS gonna argue that the movie bots don't seem to hold their weapons and rather grow them but then I remembered the ancient ones did (The Fallen and JetFire did at least) so...I have nothing to complain about, the figure looks great.

I'm not saying they will, but they could make a Protoform Sentinal, like protoform starscream and Prime. Which would look like he did on the moon prior to coming to earth.

While the face still looks ugly as sin (not as ugly as Prime's but still), this may be the first design to make it into the actual movies that I kinda find acceptable.
Still not enough to my tastes for a buy though. And the fact that I hate the movies with a passion, gives me no reason for actually wanting it other than to blow it up...
