This has 4 transformable limbs, a step up from PCC.
For me, it's the issue of lanky, overextended connections from the body to the limbs. It looks better on the legs than it does on the arms. Again, it could be to allow the limbs more movement, but looking at them head on, they look a little "off".
That said, I'm still excited about collecting him.
This. It's all about the connectors in the arms, that's really all that bugs me.
I'm actually glad they did all the figures in the same relative size/scale. One thing I despised about most G1 combiners was the fact that you had 1 massive 'leader' figure who was way out of scale with his teammates who were teeny tiny bots/vehicles/animals whatever. In G1, the only combiner that got it right IMO was Predaking, who was hands down the best looking in combined form IMO.
I was hoping this FOC combiner would be like that since they seem to limit WFC/FOC toys all to the Deluxe class scale, and they did, it's just those long connectors that bug me, but I suspect all they really need is a bit of third party clip-on shoulder kibble to make them look good, something that should be quite easy to accomplish.
