Hang on a second... With Star Convoy as TT-GS01 it's supposed to end with TT-GS07, not TT-GS08... Ah, TT-GS05 is missing!
Maybe that ship is still afloat. Looks like it's available on RobotKingdom (https://www.robotkingdom.com/sg06.html), and numbered as SG-06 with a release of March 2020, $60 shipped. I was able to successfully place a pre-order for it so we'll see how that goes, I've never ordered anything from them or internationally for that matter but I've read they're pretty good from multiple sources and didn't want to risk missing out if Pulse never gets it in.

With Halfshell adopting the same body style as Turtler, and Tentakil being a heavy retool of PotP Moonracer, thus ideal for Scylla, I'd say...
... TakaraTomy are being teases right now.

Well Not Everything, but certainly more than I ideally would have liked to have spent. I'm getting the first 4 direct from Asia (shipped yesterday should arrive by the end of the month), and the last 2 from TFSource. Does anyone happen to know, will 3P sites be getting the ones with the Hasbro packaging, or the TT Packaging? Not that it really matters I am just curious.

Crosswise from Smokescreen and CD Red Alert from Doubledealer have been mentioned on other threads, both of which I think are good options. I also had the thought of Mudflap, I'd especially love it if his accessories and crane hook were translucent green like the OG figure. I don't really think Override and Dirt Boss would work from those molds though, Arcee is way too different from Override in terms of proportions and Dirt Boss had a unique enough alt mode that none of the Earthrise molds really match in addition to not having Hoist's dad bod.
I also still reeeally want Impactor retooled into both Demolishor and CD Scattorshot, but Hasbro won't do that because apparently fan vote character molds can't get fun reuses.

Megatron makes a better CD Scattorshot anyway IMO. What with having his arms become a turret and all.Nemesis Primal wrote:I also still reeeally want Impactor retooled into both Demolishor and CD Scattorshot, but Hasbro won't do that because apparently fan vote character molds can't get fun reuses.

Yes, it was my mistake, after a bit of fiddling I managed to find the correct orientation for the Lobster head to allow shoulder movement. I think there may have been an error in the instructions as the way it tells you to position it doesn't allow for movement, but if you fiddle enough you can get it to work.
Edit: Yes, the instructions have an error. Here is a comparison of how to configure it for shoulder movement versus how they tell you to configure it:
The configuration it shows on the instructions is how you are meant to have it in robot mode, so its likely they just copied it over.
I've noticed a few steps in both Lobclaw and Kraken's instructions were missing (not that they are hard to figure out).

I'd be down with that, though I'd love to see the Predators and Turbo masters all again in the generations line, though would they have to change the name of the con sub group due to the name?

Well there is already alternate head sculpts seen for Cutthroat that turns him into one of the monster pretenders but we have the issue of how to handle the number of members. King Posideon is easier because his extra member just turns into a gun, while on Monstructor and Dino King, their torso is made up of two team members. Its not beyond Takara to sort it out but would they do it?
I've always secretly dreamed the foolish dream that Hasbro would make the smallest combiner into a titan class, to reflect how Monstructor was the first gestalt featured in the old IDW continuity. Would it ever happen? Nope but fun to think about.

But also an all-new Titan Class Monstructor would be great as well, to scale with Devastator (also 6 members) & Predaking, and we can recreate the IDW battles of Monstructor vs Omega Supreme. It would be awesome!
The only thing I would not want is a tiny Monstructor/Dinoking. Fansproject had 2 great releases. I'm being patient and holding out for something official that looks just as good, if not better.
