Fairly certain I have that Ehobby black Ironhide BUT, I remember having a Black Ironhide as a child, I think it was the Diakron release that was a TRU exclusive or a KO of sorts.

I would be very happy if they would make a toy colored Cyclonus, preferably with an IDW head
I'm looking for parts, Help Me Out Please!

Re: Transformers Generations SELECTS Series Discussion
Well since they’re out there now….
Guard is the weird one of the list. Sandstorm and Buzzsaw (the molding exist for this one though) aren’t on any of the order sheets that I have seen.
The 2022 selects that I know are….
I can’t provide the product numbers rn though due to the infancy of the order sheets.

...well, I was writing a big summary of the clues from TFW, and how I found it weird that they would do a more-accurate Diaclone/SG Ironhide and call it Guard instead of SG Ironhide, and then JTPrime removed the need for that. Gonna be interesting to see how Clampdown works out, seeing as how this means he's gonna be getting two different releases in the exact same release avenues as Deep Cover. I'm still waiting on Sandstorm though, so here's hoping he shows up somewhere regardless to his absence here!

Cybertron Mode and Earth Mode Clamp Down?

And we really have two Sandstorms to consider:

As for Sandstorm and Buzzsaw. Supposedly they’re legit I just haven’t seen their listings.
If any one front pages this info, I’d appreciate it if you don’t mention me. Thanks!

Maybe Michael Bay is a hard-core fan after all and chose to have Iron Hide be black as a Diaclone deep cut.

The summary in question was just a post on this thread so everyone would be on the same page regarding clues/info. I'm not on the news team, so it was never gonna be a news post.Jtprime17 wrote:If you front page this info, I’d appreciate it if you don’t mention me. Thanks!

Also, yay Sandstorm! Assuming it is the BW one, I'm gonna call him Sandcrawler in my collection/canon to try to keep the Sandstorm name reuse to a minimum.
I'm assuming the Sandstorm that would be showing up would be the BW one as a Kingdom Scorponok repaint, as that was what Evil Eye originally mentioned and the Machine Wars one would require a repaint of a different Selects figure, but I am trying to keep the possibilities open until someone specifies.Jelze Bunnycat wrote:Cybertron Mode and Earth Mode Clamp Down?![]()

True, but I kinda prefer Sandcrawler now that it's in my head. Plus, it kinda fits with Hasbro's habit of taking names from their other IPs to give names to both new TFs (Lift-Ticket, for instance) and TFs in need of new names due to lost trademarks (the ever popular Shockblast), even though I assume Hasbro probably doesn't have enough authority over their Star Wars rights to use that practice like this.Sabrblade wrote:"Sandstorm" was always just an alias. Re: Transformers Generations SELECTS Series Discussion
I bought a second Kingdom Cyclonus because I was nearly certain they wouldn't release a recolored one for his Armada. He's only in one or two shots! Of course, the reason I wanted it was all of the other recolors they've done like the reformatted Megatron and Galvatron.
I also never cracked the second copy open, so I guess I still had some doubts!

Transformers Generations Selects toys to be Released in 2022
- Motto: "'till All Are One"
We were handed a list of case contents based off of what retailers have/can order/ed for what we have coming in 2022 so far for the Transformers Generations Selects line. None of these are exclusives, they can be ordered by any toy retailer though as you can see from the case numbers below, they come in bulk, making them more likely to be ordered by online retailers who ship from a warehouse.
We do not know what Guard refers to though some fans speculate as to it being a black Ironhide redeco. DK-3 is the Blue Trailbreaker that was released under the Diakron line in the US.

Clampdown will depend on which mold with the siege one being poop.
I'll skip Cyclonus just because it feels like I have too many of him already (G1, classics,CW, Takra, Kingdom).
Guard is probably a no unless it's off the the rumored new sculpt of Ratchet tho it's likely a cheaper way of painting one up as iron hide or Ratchet than trying to find the doublepacks.
If Lift Ticket is red, I'd like to think I could pass on him but I know I won't.
DK3 is a must even though i'm trying to limit how many uses of a mold I get.
Black Zarak was preordered Day 1 for me.

As much as I like the diaclone homages, I was hoping that there would be more diversity. Though there will be several exclusives that might be interesting too.

Whatever, if SS86 Sweep, a slightly differently colored Scourge can work as the "no name" troop builder, I can see that Select Cyclonus having that exact same purpose.

I can see us getting a Cyclonus repaint. Eventually. The toy deco is really different and, IMO, superior. It might take a while, but I can see it happening.

Considering the Target listing for an exclusive Legacy "Silverstreak" that popped up with all those mainline Legacy listings, I'm pretty sure he isn't Selects.Rodimus Prime wrote:Ok so Bluestreak is coming in 2021 then?

I welcome our new Diaclone overlords! I hope we eventually get a Loudpedal repaint of Tracks/Road Rage, as well as Crosscut, Burn Out, Screech, and Reboost from the "rumored" new Skids figure to come out next year in the "Transformers Legacy" line.

"Dirgeclonus"? Will have to look that up! Been a damned long time since I saw FFoD!

*Edit*
Whoa, he actually looks pretty damned cool!

Agreed. I'm not a fan of the lilac but the figure is far, far too good to pass up.
