Working out Magnus the same way, with shipping from HLJ he works out to $175AU. So yeah $200AU-$300AU at TRU would be about right.

Yep, these were a little frightening to me. Perfect now, but five or ten years from now when they're more brittle? A little worried about how they'll hold up. But hey, only time will tell and nothing to spend much time worrying on right now!

only a few (minor) complaints:
- matrix-less matrix cavity
- no waist joint
- gun isnt white

other than that.... i dont regret this for a second. that transformation is incredible! how he goes from giant bulky robot to that seemingly long thin trailer is crazy. just... just... aaggghhh! i cant contain its greatness!

It's awesome!! I can't believe people are comparing it to Citizen Stacks and talk bout how it has better articulation and more paint apps... yea whatever who cares! as a Toy MP22 is better, it scales better, it looks better, it displays better, it has diacast feet, you don't have to replace it's head, it's cheaper ($120 bucks from HLJ), it's joints are all tight... it goes on and on, KFC's Citizen Stack is not even in the same league.... Guess some people just needs to defend their purchases.

well, some people might legitimately prefer stack to MP22. but folks, dont lie to yourself just to justify your purchase. if you have a stack, but think MP22 looks awesome, take the plunge! you can never have enough magni!

I don't see how you can... can you? It's less G1 and it doesn't scale with classics, where do you put it? it looks weird next to MP1 if you ask me

I know how you feel, I'm looking at my MP-22 right now and I can hardly believe it. Those MPs are SO good it's almost overwhelming.

And if it helps, the gun is cartoon-accurate.

Good eye CP! Takara really hit a homerun with the cartoon accuracy.

1. Red bumper
2. No core robot
3. No Matrix (Only Optimus and Rodimus held it while UM just proxied for them)
4. Accurate gun

Magnus appears to be able to play that gun like a Flute. Covering different holes gives you different laser noises.....all of them stolen from Star Wars.

I watched a couple reviews, and I just about can't believe how awesome this figure is. I will have one. Seriously cool. The way they handled almost everything about this is pretty impressive. This is absolutely a proper Masterpiece Ultra Magnus.
