Weapon: Atom-Smasher Cannon
Things that get posted as news are going to draw attention, good and bad. I agree that some of the posts are a bit harsh, but people have a right to post their opinions. And most of these opinions are critiques. Telling someone that they shouldn't post something because they didn't like it isn't how the forum works. Calling people a whiny *** is only bating them. Please don't take it down another level with personal attacks.

If this was directed toward me, then, eh, maybe you're right. I'd say I'd be the last to shut someone's creativity down like this, but then again, I'm not always what I'd say. It was a cool idea, but I don't think I buy into the fact that they didn't recognize him.

At least somebody went to the effort of providing us with a FREE mosaic. It's not like you guys are out any money on it. At the point that you no longer had interest in the story you should have moved on instead of sticking it out just to crap all over someone else's effort. Way to represent our fandom A***oles! You guys really make me proud to be a TF fan. I hope none of you have procreated cause I know that at least I have raised my own kids to show more fairness and open-mindedness than a lot of you folks have displayed. I would hate to think that such derision is being handed down to another generation.

I'm not even going to answer this holier-than-thou response.

Yeah, you've sorta gone ahead and been worse than that which you're criticising. Way to prove a point. Or, actually, you know, way to not prove anything. If you, or anyone else, lacks the ability to handle honest opinions, then perhaps I should be the one hoping you haven't procreated, not the other way round. You can't put some creation out there and expect it to be venerated by everyone, espeically if it's hugely sub-par. That's how things like the Turner Prize come about, and that's the last direction the Transformers fandom needs to go. Especially since the G1 fandom is made up almost entirely of people over the age of 18, who should by this stage have developed some sense of standards, and some ability to take the occasional knock. So, please do get back under your bridge.

I would like to offer up an apology for the severity with which I first responded. Yes, folks do have the right to their own opinion and I would not wish that right to be taken away from anyone. Yes, many of us are going to disagree. Put 100 people in a room and you wil get 103 different opinions. My lashing out in anger over the disparaging remarks made was no better than the remarks themselves.
To those I offended I once again say, I'm sorry. I would also like to extend this challenge to those same people...Let's help keep each other in check. I need the help too, and above all else, especially my own thoughts and opinions, I would not wish to cheapen or discredit
Ryans sites by my words or deeds and I'm sure none of the rest of you would either.

...and no, I'm not getting "soft" in my old age and no matter what, I'm not going to "group hug". Just so we are all clear.

Why apologise? People are being jerks and you called them on it. Christ, from the reaction of some people, you'd think this Mosaic had killed their mother and raped their father. I'll agree that it could be better laid out, but the vitriol directed to the story itself is laughably over the top.

Oh, and note that it doesn't say Prime, Magnus and Soundwave ARE brothers. It says that if they were human, they would be considered brothers. Bit of a difference.
