ZeldaTheSwordsman wrote:So... Wreck-Gar doesn't have a Prime Armor compatible peg, or even any notches for the thumb ridges. Kinda disappointing. But I guess he is an exclusive, and those seem to be toys that would otherwise be misfits lately.
I do hope we get a proper TFTM-based Generations Wreck-Gar soon
I kind of agree. It's figures we may not have even gotten. It would have made more sense for P/CP to come with a second gun instead of a fist.william-james88 wrote:These are bonuses, from my perspective its all winning.

I just toss all the HFGs into a container in the Drawer of Misfit Accessories anyway.
I mean who really wants a Charlie in a Box anyway?
Yeah, they are quite random with that stuff. Speaking of enigmas, Hun-Gurr is the only one that can completely hide it? Starscream/Elita just have a compartment, but can't close the door? I'm not a fan of how Grimlock incorporates the enigma in combined mode. Just looks bad and makes the whole thing look more like a sore thumb.Wolfman Jake wrote:Oh, don't get me wrong. I'm glad we got Punch/Counterpunch. He's fantastic as is. I'm just pointing out that Wreck-Gar is far from the only anomaly in the Power of the Primes line in terms of gimmick functionality. For instance, Inferno can't utilize the enigma of combination in torso mode, and Grimlock is the only torso designed to incorporate the spare two combiner hands from his teammates to bulk up his combined mode.carytheone wrote:I kind of agree. Cobotron wrote:Sabrblade! Was it you who mentioned that Wreck-Gar's elbows are swapped from the factory?
Mine were. A minor repair, but not necessarily an easy one. Just took some slightly scary pushing and twisting to get those mushroom pegs to slide out. Not to mention correcting the position of the front fork was a bit freaky. It's turned 180 so it fits in the blister. The plastic is soft and should be handled delicately.
I bought 2 more Wreck-Gars for my brother and another friend, and their elbows are on the wrong side too. I'm guessing this is a widespread mis-assembly.
What's with all the factory errors/mis-assemblies lately?

I just wanted to thank you for the insight you gave on the fix. I am an amateur when it comes to taking apart/putting together. I had 2 Wreck-Gar to fix and 3 of the 4 mushroom pegs were fairly easy. The last peg was hell on earth, my thumbs are still stinging. Thankfully I managed to fix them with very little issues. The ratchet on one arm is a little loose but overall it's good. I used my CW Groove as a reference point. Thanks again.

Well I am Australian. It's kinda what we're known for.

I'm really just after cool bots and fun transformations, so most accessories hit the drawer.

The Prime Masters were $6.They were in the Christmas toys area and not the regular toys. So if your still looking for them might wanna check Family Dollar!
Probably just busy and or back logged.ZeldaTheSwordsman wrote:Seibertron must hate PotP, at least if the gallery section is any measure

I'm more on about Siege Optimus and Megatron getting galleries already while ALL PotP toys are still waiting

Because they are hot items currently and news, so they get priority.potp stuff isn't. They'll be sorted when they are.
