Oh man, that big gun now makes all sense!

While I am glad that I was able to catch the First Edition version of Arcee, I'm liking the way this new mold is going. The legs may be the same as FE, but the additional mobility in her upper arms is definitely a good thing, along with the fact that with pegholes for both her hands and forearms, there are more options for mounting her rifle and blade, which adds even more playability.

I'm hoping that she'll be the same scale as the FE version, so I could display them together.

That beats my TRU by a lot. The only transformers they have are 1 Wheeljack from RtS, Generations, or whatever the hell it was. Like 6 DotM voyager Sentinel Primes, and 1 Ultimate Optimus that looks like it was lazily stuffed sideways in the box. It's been like that since xmas.

Your lucky, My walmart has nothing but HA Basic Backfires, Deluxe Bumblebees, the lightning deco Optimus, Deluxe Prime and lunerfire repaint, plus a Track Battle Roadbuster for flavor

This does look better in some ways, But there are certain things that make it look inferior, and thats the details (i.e. lack of paint on the bike exhaust). About the only main thing that has me liking this Arcee is her chest. But then I think about my physical collection, and I realize that I actually enjoy seeing vehicle parts on my robots, even in the most critical "chestal area" on a fembot. And come on, guys, who doesn't like a femme with built in handle bars? ;)

While it is more screen accurate, it seems like there's been a significant drop in quality and attention to detail. And while I hear some prefer this head, I actually don't like it, her face just looks incredibly dull and vacant.

I really like this version. It's more screen accureate and I vind the less detail not to be a hinderance.

Glad I got the pink FE Arcee, no double characters (I think).

So u guys are getting FE en RID in stores? We still only have some DOTM mudflaps and those HA basics that weren't in the movie. And a few voyager Primes.

Blegh, Netherlands.

With so much flak about her gun size being due to Arcee's smaller size, I just thought of something.

What would have been cool for them to do instead of including a large gun with Arcee would be to have included "something else" that would have made up for her size.

The "something else" I speak of is none other than Sadie, her hologram rider. ;)

Or Jack.

I'm starting to believe that that gun looks a heck of a lot like Optimus Primes gun.

And I say Sadie because she's a part of Arcee. And with her not being human, there'd be no complaints of her being an out of scale human with the rest of the figures.

She's just a hologram, while Jack is an actual character.

But why the feck are we arguing over a non-existent accessory?

Not just a nonexistent accessory... comparing and contrasting the size scale of a human character accessory versus that of a nonexistent hologram human-based accessory! One's a hologram, so really, maybe size can vary depending on projection? FIK. Know what I do know? I want Arcee. Human figures, regardless of size scale, have no place in my displays. Even though I have liked some of the human characters, I just don't feel the need for them on my shelves. This rule does not apply to other non-Cybertronian species in Transformers lore. I have a soft spot for the Quintessons. And, however hypocritical it may seem, Nebulans are allowed on my shelves.
