The more I look at these two, the more I like them. Prime's chest and robot mode looks great, as does the Roadbuster styling and fairly subtle cowcatcher spikes. He's not over-the-top ludicrous looking like gratuitous-spikes-Bumblebee.

Viking Bulkhead!
Optimus's truck mode looks rather arthropodic. I could almost see it as a vehicle mode for Tarantulas or Rampage or some other "bug" Pred.

R-rampage is a crab, sir. xD I do agree that it's disturbingly spidery though.

Funny to see that 75% new bulkhead mold will have the exact same transformation as the original. I also LOVE the barbarian look!

Er...they didn't change the transformation scheme, the remolds are all 100% aesthetic. Speak of which, I appreciate that they actually painted the rear side windows on this one.

Super short Scouts are worth Deluxe prices?
They're not bad, but I shouldn't have to pay 10-12 bucks for such a small figure.
But if you have the money to burn, by all means, go for it. They're neat little guys.

I've never liked paying $15 for a Deluxe, but that's the standard now. Times have changed. Cyberverse isn't even close to my favorite line, but I've liked nearly every figure released.
Your mileage clearly varies, but I'll bet you pick 'em up when they drop to $5 and $7 at Marshall's or Ross or other discount stores.
