But even then, just buying that one figure would still incur shipping costs no? And yeah, it is weird that Hasbro wouldnt list those wave 3 and 4 minicons, especially since they werent so hot at big box retailers.

If they weren't hot at big box retailers, what hope would they have of selling them on hts? wave 1 and 2 are still warming their digital shelves, besides, they don't get everything that's released...
