Oh yeah, I did that all the time with my toys. I even peeled off all the chrome on purpose thinking it was some kind of packaging skin

These are new to you? They´ve been in Costa Rican shelves for a month now.
Hasbro also released 17 cm Titans for their Marvel line, special focus on The Avengers.
Haven´t picked one yet, but they look fun.

Then make sure to let us know when you see stuff that hasnt been announced on the site yet. And you can even take a picture for our sightings. We would give you the credit for it.

And they have the 6 inch ones too? Do they have other characters?

I thought they were already announced here.
We got Bumblebee, Optimus, Stelljaw and Sideswipe, all in 6 inches.
For the Marvel line, we got Spiderman, Ironman, Hulk and Thor, in case someone´s curious.

If anyone in the UK wants the AOE Silver Prime versions of these toys. They're in Tesco reduced from £17 to £12 to £10 to £7 to £5. It's almost as if no-one wants unpainted, non-transforming, unarticulated bricks.

Except maybe to build a wall with.

This should speak volumes about how much these cost to produce. Probably about $.30 a unit.

These are an unnecessary, tremendous, and awful waste of resources that contribute to our planet’s pollution... at least with regular TF figures, those can provide years of enjoyment and brain exercises because of the transformations. These things are MASSIVE and a complete waste of oil and plastic (plastic being on the rise in cost, so it shouldn’t be wasted). As other people have mentioned, they should be sold for $2 filled with shampoo, not for $10 and that’s all you get. At least shampoo and then their bottles would serve a purpose.

I'm sure the worlds landfills are filled with more empty shampoo bottles than these toys. >:oP

If Hasbro didn't turn a profit from these crappy things, they wouldn't keep making them. My whole point is, If you don't like them, don't buy them. Our entire way of life is a tremendous, and awful waste of resources. That's why I prefer my petroleum products in the form of Warrior Class RID and Combiner Wars. :-P

I can honestly and truly say that I don't care about how much Hasbro contributes to waste and pollution when I think about everything else wasteful that humanity (myself included) involves itself in. I seriously doubt the amount of waste generated by the manufacture of these toys is even in the top 100,000 wasteful actions committed by humans daily. I would say it is probably safe to say that wiping our butts with toilet paper has a far larger impact on resources and the environment. Let's wash, not wipe, people.

"These are a waste of plastic" someone could easily say that about all toys bought by adults who most feel have no business owning toys. In the box collectors are especially thought of by normal people as wasteful. This kinda stuff is why the TF fandom is looked down upon by people unfortunate enough to encounter it.

I have this very fond memory of buying a relatively expensive G1 Thunderclash MISB and breaking that seal. I kpet the packaging intact because I had no where better to put it at the time, but I take a lot of pleasure in releasing toys from the constraints of packaging hell.

I always try to keep my boxes from larger figures (leader/voyager/etc), never the blister packaging from smaller ones (deluxe/warrior/etc).

I always think it is kind of funny that people actually have a stance on whether or not unboxing toys is the right thing to do. Personally, I do both. I like at least one iteration of a certain mold to be displayed out of box. On the other hand, why devalue and Masterpiece Seekers if I don't need to. To me, they are all the same damn thing anyhow, just with a different paint job.

To be perfectly blunt, I have the right to crush them into little pieces and then set them on fire if I feel so compelled.
