It's that simple."

Because they are SS86 and SS86 is all about cartoon colors.

He was a color changer between his two modes:Rodimus Prime wrote:But wasn't Bombshell purple in the movie?

And he only appeared in the movie in this scene:

Shadowman wrote:This is Sabrblade we're talking about. His ability to store trivial information about TV shows is downright superhuman.
Caelus wrote:My wife pointed out something interesting about the prehistoric Predacons. I said that everyone was complaining because transforming for them mostly consisted of them just standing up-right. She essentially said, 'So? That's what our ancestors did.'

Tra Gen Studio Series Cmdr 86 Rodimus Prime (stated by Jtprime17 to be a new mold, likely to be revealed within this year)
Product Number: G3560
Everything else here is also from the same sources but with no numbers attached yet (and fits fairly neatly into last time when I pointed out we seemed to be missing at least 1 wave of Deluxes and Voyagers):
Tra Gen Studio series Dlx IDW Bumblebee (all hail Megatron)
Tra Gen Studio series Dlx TF1 Bumblebee
Tra Gen Studio Series Dlx TF4 Crosshairs
Tra Gen studio Series Dlx FOC Jetfire
Tra Gen Studio Series VOY FOC Optimus Prime
Tra Gen Studio Series VOY FOC Megatron
Additionally, the contents of the previously-leaked Autobot Cassette Pack have now been stated to be Rewind, Ramhorn (repaint of the Perceptor one), Bolts (green Eject), Cubi (white Steeljaw), and Stinger (new mold scorpion), seemingly based off of Blaster's original concept art cassette lineup for the movie.
It has also been stated that of the 07 Autobot crew that are getting releases next year, seemingly only Ratchet and Optimus will be new (which tracks since they've both graduated upwards in terms of class), Jazz, Bee, and Ironhide are all but confirmed to be repacks or repaints (unless they're new molds with the exact same number of transformation steps as the prior figures).
I can also speak to the MV1/07 Bee if nothing else because the product description and the Hasbro Pulse email for Awakening Bee both erroneously contain remnants of an 07 Bee release instead, complete with Camaro trademarks.

"Perfect" is a matter of opinion. The WFC Kingdom figure was good at homaging the G1 toy, but the mold would be inaccurate as an SS86 representation. A Rodimus that integrates the entire vehicle (it's NOT a trailer on screen, only the G1 toy was made that way due to lack of engineering) would be as close to perfect as we could get. But I have a feeling Hasbro won't be bothered. They will just give the Kingdom figure a magenta paint job, like you said. Rodimus was only in the movie for the last minute or so anyway. It would be nice to get a totally accurate figure. DX managed it with Carry over 10 years ago, and even Hasbro did the Titanium figure 20 years ago. It can be done.-Kanrabat- wrote:I don't think the "new" Commander Rodimus Prime will be a new mold. The original was pretty much perfect, despite the trailer "controversy". I bet it will just be a repaint of the Kingdom version in anime magenta.

Studio Series Marks Transformers (2007)'s 20th Anniversary With Four Autobots
Posted by Seibertron Thu Oct 08, 2026 11:40 pm
Announced during New York Comic Con 2026, the movie's Bumblebee, Jazz, Ironhide, and Ratchet will arrive in 2027. Bumblebee, Jazz, and Ironhide appear to be updated releases of their existing Studio Series figures, with changes to their decos difficult to judge from the initial stock photography. The real headline is Ratchet: the longtime Autobot medic gets a new Voyager Class figure that should make the original Deluxe Class Studio Series release feel considerably less like a compromise.
Jazz and Ironhide are scheduled to open for preorder on October 13 at 1 PM ET through Hasbro Pulse, Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other participating retailers. Bumblebee and Ratchet are listed for spring/early 2027 availability. Check out the official product information and images below.

-Kanrabat- wrote:I'm sure all these '07 Autobots are pretty much just straight reissues, but considering they were gone from the shelves for so many years and the secondary market prices are stupid, they are wholeheartedly welcome. The one to truly look out for is VOYAGER Ironhide. At mother effing last.
Bee, Ironhide and Jazz are apparently just re-issues. Ratchet is a brand new Voyager mold though.
