Dont worry they will come, they've all been bought by the big stores so its only a matter of time before they release them. They are trickling out slowly in Canada too with Wave 2 deluxes finally being found at walmart.
The states will get them too, its just taking time. However, Wave 2 taking time to show up means we probably wont see wave 3 until 2017 (my guess).

Hot Rod looks good but goddamnit I wish this fad of hollow weapons would end already. At least put hatches on them like on Hardhead if you're going to do this so they don't look awful all the time. On the plus side, provided I can get good at 3D modelling I could make a killing selling ammo/tech detail block things on Shapeways to fill in all the hollow bits on these weapons.

But they are hollow so that you can connect them together and create an extra seat for the titan master. Do you have highbrow?

Oh I know WHY they're hollow, I just don't think it was the best decision. It doesn't overly bother me, it just seems a bit of an odd choice and I'd have rather they left out the headmaster "seats" for better looking guns (or at least done a Hardhead for all the weapons and given the seats retractable covers).
And no, I don't have Highbrow, he's not out over here yet unfortunately. I'm actually torn as to whether to go for TR Highbrow or the Highbrow-in-name-only but utterly awesome looking ROTF figure. On the one hand, Headmasters are cool, and TR Highbrow looks like a fun figure. On the other hand, ROTF Highbrow looks awesome and he turns into a homage to a P-38 Lightning. Decisions decisions...

I am REALLY digging Titans Return Hot Rod. That sculpt is just fantastic for a "Classics" take on the character. I'm hoping Takara will do a version as well. I expect they'll make sure the lower legs are entirely gray (at least in the front), the hands are gray, and add a few more touches, like the orange and yellow paint details on the wrist "cuffs," to make him as "G1" cartoon accurate as possible.

This is a random thing to say I guess, but I prefer to think of the Headmasters as all one character like in the Japanese fiction. Having Highbrow be a genius, and having his head turn into a separate character that Highbrow doesn't like that much doesn't make sense to me. I don't like to think of them as organics in suits either. I like to think that Gort/Xort is just as smart as Highbrow because they're the same character. Same with the others. The non-headmasters characters though I don't care much about.

Went to my Walgreens, they had Hardhead and Skullsmasher with no transformers in back.
TRU, Target, and both Walmarts also only had wave 1 deluxes. No wave 2 things, and they all checked their back rooms. bugger.
