I am keeping Thunderwing, that is for sure! and I have Nitro Zuuuuuuuuuuueeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssssssssssssssssssss sitting in my TFsource lot waiting on MP Prime to ship.

As for Tidal wave, we shall see... I have no real connection, so if he does not impress me...

Tidal Wave is the version of the mold I'm most interested in and would be the version of it I get.

It's funny, for this entire line I've gotten a secondary use of the mold for each Voyager purchase rather than the character they were made for. I've gotten Sentinel Prime, Megatron and Laser Prime; but not Astrotrain, Blitzwing and Octane -- nor do I have any particular interest in getting them. Might have been into Blitzwing if the Takara version came with Animated-inspired headswaps... but he didn't, so Megsy all the way

I'm still hoping for Blue Bacchus as Leader-class soon, Or mostly not.

If the scalpers unpack the sets to the point there's more than 15 MetalHawk/Magnus/tidalwave available, where are the Pounces ?

Exactly the same here. Added to Convobat instead of MindWipe and Krock instead of Skullcruncher.

That's Also why I'm waiting before getting Overlord or SkyShadow, just in case..

Exactly, everyone is getting this set for pounce, the only way you'd be able to snag a pounce would be to make a deal with someone like me, who doesn't care for that mold (though I haven't been able to reserve a set)

Yea that's exactly what I did with the Velocitron set. Bought it on a whim and ended up selling off everything but Fastlane. Basically got paid to keep the clone. I may do the same and keep Pounce from the Siege set and PO the God Ginrai set. Still debating.

You are way beter than me, when I see those higher prices for nautica and the gang, instead of thinking "man, thats great, I could sell mine for that much", I instead go "man I have this sought after toy, I cant let go of it"

Of all the figures in the set, I probably want Pounce the most -- I wouldn't sell him either!

Jeez.. Second time that a TR figure I bought have a nasty manufacturing error and I have to go to Hasbro for a replacement.

This time it's TR Windblade. Magnificent figure until I was almost done transforming her. Well, I couldn't finish transforming her because her left leg just wouldn't bend.



As you can see, something is definitely misassembled here.



Repairing her was... a bitch. You have two screws to remove. One at the hip, one at the feet. So far, so good... until you realise that both halves of the leg are GLUED together in the middle! I had to force it open. I managed to break off just the glue and the pegs were safe.



So I reassembled the leg in the correct position and screwed everything back on. Then I noticed the REAL problem. My Windblade have two left thighs.



It now work perfectly fine, but the bot mode will have the "inner hollows" of a leg on the outside.



I will have to log a complaint to Hasbro and get a free replacement. I'll keep that imperfect Windblade anyhow.

How does one go about that? My brothers TLK Barricade broke a few days after he got it, and I'd like to get replacement parts or a figure if possible.

They stopped that recently. Now they will only take in returns so you have to send it to them and only then will they give you a replacement and with wave 5 sold out at the distributor level (Hasbro) you might be waiting a long time for one and not get windblade.

I just got Seaspray and Twintwist in yesterday. Seaspray is just what I wanted in an updated Seaspray. Although I cant decide if I like him better without the missile launcher on. Finally having Twintwist with Topspin is sweet, they look so badass all weaponed up. Both of them have cool transformations and great paint. My Wreckers keep getting better looking. Cant wait for Legends Kup next month to replace Gen Kup. Still wondering if I can get the cygar head to fit on Legends Kup and look decent.

I would go bother Renderform for a Cygar head. He's foing a replacement Galvatron head already that replaces the Titan Master completely The nice thing about the Titan Masters, if you dobt like yhe head, take it off!

I liked it better when they just sent you a replacement, no questions asked. Both times I never got back the same figure. First time was Cyclonus and I got back Motormaster. Had to do the ebay thing. Second time was weird. I had a Skullcruncher I think and they actually sent me a Skylynx. That was a win.

I think they caught on and people got more and more requests. I remember there was a time when I seemed the only one doing it here but that has changed since. There might be some abuse happening and this is Hasbro's way of controlling that.
And hey, I could be wrong but the past times I have tried (now 2 in a row) have been the same thing: they want you to send it back.
