I blocked out 10pm through 3am a couple weekends ago to do it. Didnt regret it.

Yea BBTS allows 90 days to stockpile your POL. It'll tell you on your orders page when things must ship. So Siege just hit, but my Seaspray/Cosmos must ship in 42 days. I'll probably wait another week to see if there's anything I want before hitting ship.

The siege set and Godbomber are shipping!! Excited for this!!

I dont know why I let those shelfwarming Twinferno comments get to me, but they do. I find it a braindead thing to complain about since God forbid we see 2017 toys on shelves in 2017. While stores wait to get the latest waves, what is so terrible with stocking the shelves with quality Titans return toys? Wave 3 was a wave people were begging for a while back, and paying double retail on e-bay for. Maybe Hasbro heard your request and made sure everyone who wanted a wave 3 toy would get one. Would people rather see empty pegs instead while the latest waves have all been sold out? We would just see a different brand of complaining instead, calling stores dumb for not stocking on a line that should be stocked more. FFS

It's a combination of Impatience, partly exasperated by seeing sightings in the opposite part of the country making people think "Oh, well then that should be out next week" when the reality of Shipping Logistics is a lot more like Maple Syrup in January, and a grounded fear that the figures we wanted three months prior are now going to sit in the way of the figures that are supposedly coming out now. Recent collecting history is full of Waves that got little to no street release because the opening Waves are still sitting there. The Movie lines are a prime example, but if I remember right the Protectobots of CW were never "Readilly Available" to the majority of the States because of the Stunticons and Airelbots. I NEVER saw Jetfire on a shelf, and maybe one Ultra Magnus very, VERY late to the game after I gave up and ordered. Granted, Leader Class releases are a tad bit different than Deluxes, but the point is we have all seen Walmart and Meijers skip over waves we wanted because they were stuffed with old stock, and the windows on getting these waves in appear to get smaller and smaller every year.

From a Business standpoint, you are right, its better for them to have stock than empty pegs, but the catch is full pegs mean they don't order what's most currently available

Pre-ordered overlord and overlord at bbts, can't wait to get them both, they're so different, I can't wait to hook them up in base mode to soundwave and sky shadow

Just payed for the Siege set and is in my pile of loot for when I'm ready to ship it.

Also just bought Black Convoy and he's on his way and I have the SDCC Optimus on Preorder..I'm so excited!

Was fooling around with my purchases which I think are great when I just made this character from a combination of Topspin and Twintwist with Twinferno's head he's pretty cool looking his name is Toptwist for now...he has a mortar launcher that can be used as a jumpack when not in weapon mode.

Was there ever a date for the Wingspan/Cloudraker Walgreens set?

Not that I am aware of. Fortunately once they are finally out, they should be easier to find than Brainstorm was since they should be a new/different package and price point.

Given that the Podcast was right about pretty much everything except for the Siege box set (and "Thunderclap" in the Chaos set), this was probably a preliminary plan. Honestly, I would have liked to see this.

Anyone think there will there be a figure in the Siege set that will be "undervalued" relative to their class size? ($6, $10, $16, $25, $45)

I was able to snag Laser Prime from the Chaos set for $18 shipped and it looks like no one really wants Quickswitch.

Awesome photos. But where are the combiners and older chug figures? At first I was it was only headmaster figures but then I noticed buzzaw who was a CW issue. Kickback misses his partners. Lol

Could one swap out the cabs of Combiner Wars Ultra Magnus and Titans Return Powermaster Optimus Prime/Titans Return Magnus Prime and still have them transform into robot mode? I don't have either figure to check.

A custom helmet, painting a red cab white, and the Titan Master Ultra Magnus figure could complete it.

Everyone values the TR Box Sets differently. I'd say the fandom is pretty evenly split about what they want.

The TM has the die-cast appeal.

The Legends Clones have a heavy nostalgia factor as having no real re-release since their introduction 30 years ago.

The Deluxes (Nautica and Metalhawk) have a heavy appeal to fans of IDW

Voyager Laser Prime will have its niche among G2 fans, and Tidal Wave among Armada fans

The Leaders *may* be a contender for least desirable, but ironically these are ones I want the most due to their base modes. Quickswitch may be wanted by fans of characters associated with Sixshot. Also Magnus Prime may have some appeal for the ability (unlike TR PM Prime) to be able to complete God Ginrai with God Bomber (which we now know is not getting released by Hasbro)

If anything Tidal Wave, since he "looks nothing like Armada Tidal Wave"

The Chaos set is all but sold out in my local area, the only TRU that has stock is an hour drive away (not gonna tell you where, you naughty little scalpers )

TRU has a search function where you can see which stores in your area have them. The one closest to me keeps getting this back in stock, every time I think its gone, they get more.

Also the more recent ones now have a hologram Geoffry Circular "TRU Exclusive" sticker on the box, and each side is sealed with 2 pieces of tape on each side, instead of one. Just slight manufacturing differences I've noticed.

It's all just Titans Return figures, with the addition of Buzzsaw since he's meant to go with the Titans Return figures despite his being released under the Combiner Wars label.

Hey man the coffee table is only so big. Sure Buzzsaw was CW, but come on, we all know he's meant to go with TR Soundwave. I mean Lio Prime is Takara Legends, but...

Normally X, I'd tell you to check out the Collect-O-Tron (in my sig), but like you and almost everyone else in the Energon Pub, Photobucket's jerk move has left my collection thread a baron wasteland.

I've been hoping to find Tidal Wave for a fairly decent price on Ebay; but to my surprise he's actually priced around the size of a Leader at least in my experience. Shame, really - he's the only version of that mold I want and the grey/purple colour scheme looks awesome on him.

I've switched to imgur. Works good so far. I just don't have time in my life right now to reconstruct what took almost 3 years to make.

Most of the people these sets were produced for (ie the US) have yet to recieve them and dump their unwanted figures on e-bay. So wait two weeks and you should see better prices.
