Just oficially bought my first 2 Animated figures- Sentinel Prime and Soundwave. Mainly 'cause I found them at Goodwill bagged together for $4.99. Really not that bad, I just prefer the more "realistic" looking bots (as realistic as giant alien robots can be, at least). I gave them to my 5 year old son to play with...

I used a 15% off coupon for Megs, took a good €9 ($13) off of the €60 ($90) he retailed for. While the Animated Leaders were already 50% off, the Animated deluxes were a real steal: €5 ($7) instead of €17 ($25)

Sorry, it was a craigslist meetup with someone who was getting rid of it. He didn't have any other Superlink figs left. Shame really.

I've been wanting to get this set since I first heard of it, w/ Whirl (Movie Evac repaint) and Bludgeon (Movie Wreckage repaint). I love these two molds, and I've been holding off to see if they might go on sale or otherwise be available for less than the $35 retail cost. Good things come to those who wait, my friends- eBay came thru with a loose set for $20 shipped! No box, no instructions, no problem! *does happy dance*
