I picked up the Universe Powerglide (red version).
Talk about a big disappointment! I already had the Henkei version, but I thought the new one was just a little more GeeWun-y.
He is, but that's where the good part ends.
Having both in hand, the US release just feels like cheap KO plastic, and the light-up feature causes his whole head to light up because of the thin plastic. The paint ops on the US version are awful too, in comparison.
If I didn't have the Henkei, I'd be delighted, but since I do, I'm not sure if I should return him, or keep him and just perform an arm swap.

Finally found ROTF Thrust. Despite the obvious complaints, he's pretty good. Not the best ROTF deluxe, but not the worst either.

I've waited years for this Magnus and he didn't disappoint. I have him here beside me along with Energon Ultra Magnus. What's cool is they have the same shades of white, grey, blue and red so they look like they are a set ala Smokesniper and Gigant Bomber.
Be nice if the Energon trailer version could link with cab Magnus.

Have you popped off the forearms to reassemble them the right way round on Magnus yet? Asuming of course that they didn't come loose and already modded.
Haul for today (and with my current work situation it's the first one for a while), Ani Waspinator and Samuri Prowl. Not impressed with the QC on either. They're both on the floppy side and Prowl had one of the pins in his shoulder falling out straight out of the blister. I'd return him but these two were from a bargain store and were the only ones on the shelf, so Mr Superglue will have to make an appearance instead.
