USPS left my TFCC order (the G2 Rapido/Cindersaur 2-pack and the Botcon comic for 2010) on the front porch today. Wouldn't have known if I wasn't living with family, as either sis or her kid found the big ass box out there, and I don't normally go out on the front porch. They don't normally leave stuff too big to fit in the box, either...

Cybertron Vector Prime, with all but batteries. Kinda clunky, but still a cool figure.
Revenge of the Fallen / NEST Alliance Brawn. Also a very cool figure. Bit tipsy. And surprisingly fiddly. But also very cool.
And an Energon Divebomb my brother used to have before the TFs went out (mostly). Still a great figure.

That's what weirded me out about Rapido and Cindersaur coming: I normally get a slip for boxes that don't fit in the mail box.

Anyway, I finally found new 'formers at Fry's Marketplace, and just got home from the trip. They now have scout-class PCCs! FINALLY! I'm pretty sure they're supposed to been out for a bit now (at least for confirmed sightings), but this is the first I've seen any.

Made a point of getting Huffer and Caliburst this run.

Some of those POC guys look great but it doesn't look like Joe to me. I guess it's the same sort of thing with new TFs not being G1. I can swallow that for TFs. Apprently not for GI Joe though. I'd rather these guys be labelled as something else, but hey if it sells for em, whatev. How is Billy these days? Y'know after having his spine ripped out by a malicious hunting alien.

Surprisingly limber. Seriously I haven't opened him yet but I'm going to soon. I hear what your saying about the design ascetics from then to now. I guess things like this happen as technology improves.

Picked up my site to store order last night of Generations Drift and Thrust. Drift is... ok. I really like his folding panel parts including the chest, the short swords,
scabbards and his head. Something about his legs doesn't feel right. Thrust is made from some stress-mark-havin' plastic. I'm gonna pick up another to replace when his foot eventually breaks off. Overall, they both look really nice but both came with a paint blemish each on their faces. Drifts I can live with. Thrust, would you believe it's on the tip of his nose? I also found it odd that Hasbro used the normal seeker missiles here and not the more conical ones. Despite how negative this sounds, I do really like them both.
