He sure is, and I just can't wait for the Maketoys upgrade I ordered specifically for him to arrive.

As for he mold defect you speak of, I transformed him a half dozen times yesterday and didn't notice any defects. Everything taps into place perfectly. However I'll take another look at him later today.

Could you clarify what tab you speak of a little more. Transforming into what mode are you having the tab problem?

I was also toying with the idea of getting TFC upgrade for him too but I think I like Maketoys upgrade a little better. What do you think?

MakeToys, no doubt. It may be partsforming, but who cares, look at that thing!

As for the defect: the combiner plugs are on a swivel panel, which tab into the tank/chest side. It clicks into place thanks to two tabs slotting into a socket. They both have wedges that allow for the clicking and blocking them from unsticking without pressure. The one on the right of my figure has one of the two wedges pointing inwards, which means it doesn't click into place, or plug in at all, for that matter.

It makes posing better, and it doesn't swivel out easily, but it's a defect.

Still, glad I have the little gem.

Just got a box from Big Bad Toy Store containing Beast Hunters Cyberverse Prowl, Soundwave, Trailcutter, Hardshell, and Hun-Gurr. Only opened Hun-Gurr so far, but he is AWESOME.

Easy fix, make a small grove on it with something sharp, matching the other side and then wedge something between the pillars to create some slight tension and that peg will snap in with the best of them.

Back for Easter my wife put Bot Shots Bumblebee (the flip one) and Shockwave (the jump one) in my Easter basket. They were my first Bot-Shots, but we both liked them a lot so we got some more yesterday on clearance: Optimus Prime w/launcher and the three-pack of Megatron, Nemesis Prime, and Acid Storm.

-A complete G1 Sunstreaker with all accessories and manual - sliiight bit of scuffing on one of his front edges. He'll be permanently angry. :lol:

-BBTS's very last MP Thundercracker. Graded loose with everything included, I paid about $15 more than their $110 price, but I don't care; I missed him the first time, not happening again.

TRU Commemorative Series Tracks, previously opened, but with everything included and looking fine.

A badly broken G1 Snarl with a perfect head which I will endeavor to swap onto my other one, which just does not clip together.

BH deluxe Smokescrean and Ripclaw, Jet Vehicon General and finally, thanks to TRU UK BOGOHP Hasbro promotion I got a second PRiD vehicon for just £6.50! (I also picked up a Cyberverse Bumblebee battle suit for my boys birthday next month). Happy days.
