It's not a glaring problem. I guess I was too busy posing it to really think about it.

Thanks to william-james88, I finally got a COMPLETE Optimal Optimus! Also, with some Beast Wars Minion. Damn you, Will, now I caught the Beast Wars bug... Need... mooooarrr....
The second half of this haul came from my usual local source that have unbeatable prices. Now, I think I kinda have every single RotF molds.

Oh, do not get me started on the AoE Dinobot naming. Whoever decided we should have a team with both Slug and Slog on it needs to put twenty bucks in the "similarly-named characters" jar. And if it weren't for Scorn's name being awesome and the team managing not to break the theme naming (everyone is an "S" except Grimlock), they wouldn't get dessert, either.

Thanks for that, I had a laugh.
I don't necessarily care that they renamed Slag because somebody thinks the name is profane or whatever stupid babby reason there was for it, I just get annoyed that they apparently exerted the absolute minimum amount of effort to rename him. They can call him whatever they want to, and if I call him Slag, 90% of the people that I'd either say that or type that to will know who I'm talking about. But Scorn and to some degree Slash show that it would have been possible to come up with another S-name without the barest minimum of single vowel change.
I also agree: Slug and Slog at the same time? Dumb.

If I was in charge of renaming, I'd have gone with Snarl for the Triceratops like in Animated, and given the Stegosaurus the name Striker like they did for the Beast Machines era Dinobots. But maybe that's just me.

I received a tip-off from a family friend that a store was going to be remodeling and was putting most of its stock 70% off. Of course, I checked it out despite me knowing its TF stock is rather poor, but what the hey. My reward:

Kre-O Transformers Megatron
Furthermore, I had to buy something at a Kruidvat (a Drug Store chain) and saw something good and bad. The Good: DotM Deluxes at €6.99. The Bad: each store only received solid cases, meaning multiples of a single figure. The UGLY: The first two stores had a version of Bumblebee, the third (my local one) had Topspin. I swear if I saw another Bumblebee there I was gonna scream.

Looking for:
- TR Furos (Hardhead's head) and Crashbash (lost him
- PotP Punch head
- TR Galvatron right arm (the gun one)
- CW Brake-Neck/UW Wildrider, CW Offroad
- TR Twinferno & Grotusque
- Greenlight, Lancer and PotP Elita-1
- Legacy Core Slug, Sludge & Snarl

Glad you are getting more massive hauls, its always fun to have those. And I am glad you dont mind the Beast Wars line. Them being animals who already have limbs, it is always interesting to see how they tunr an animal into a robot. The transformations are sometime simpler because both modes use the same limbs, but it makes them kibble free. We have been seeing this come back with the Beast HUnter Predacons and the upcoming dinobots. What I always found fun in Beast Wars were the animals who didnt have standard limbs like Rampage, Depth Charge, Quickstrike, Scavenger and Powerpinch. The transformations are always interesting and the alt modes are pretty cool too. Although he was the prime example of a shelfwarmer in his day, I always found Scavengar to be a very interesting transformer who completely changes from beast to robot mode, using all the parts available.
And since this is a toy haul thread, let me share what I got yesterday:
HTFD Breacher (finally!!!)
Alternators Tracks
Target Exclusive Abominus
...and... Takara Voyager Cybertron Starscream!

Interesting haul
Posted by william-james88 Wed May 28, 2014 11:09 pm
I still went for it and as it turns out, the Cybertron Optimus is actually complete with 3 missiles and his key. Wing Saber also came with a bunch of his accessories and his key and the emperor was only missing the missile and minifig. The lot also came with a barebones Supreme Starscream and while I already had the Takara voyager, it is fun to now have someone to rival my Armada Unicron.

For 30$ this was more than worth it. I love the combined Prime and Wing Saber supermode, it is amazing looking. And though he is not complete, I really love transforming Skyhammer. I never had this mold before and I love how complex yet intuitive he is. It is probably one of my favourite arm transformations ever.
