but there is only one picture with the coin in it.

Yeah, I just took a chance and didnt really care. If its just the coin (which it probably is), then I will just make a claim and say the seller was dishonest (which would be the case) and that this wasnt the item pictured. Nowhere does it say that you are not getting what is in the picture. Sure, 20$ will be tied up for a while, but its worth satisfying my curiosity.

I took a gamble on the 2016 Botcon box set. It was less than 200 CAD shipped. It was a scam, and the money was tied up for a bit, but I did get it back.

Basically, if it seems too good to be true, there's a 98.945% chance it is.
