Not yet. These two were a must have for nostalgia's sake. Rumble IS awesome! Ravage was bugging me a tad until I really played with him, and discovered his neck joint. I'll be honest though, out of all the iterations of Ravy, G1 just can't be beat.

Me too, I gave up and ordered Arcee and Chromia from BBTS. They may never come out here and if they do, they will be 20$ each so, fawk it. I also added the Ginrai figure since he's basically the human version of Optimus Prime. It's also the cheapest he'll ever get and BBTS is the only kid on the block to sell him. Especially for such a relatively low price. Still, I'm pretty sure customs will hit me hard so the whole purchase will cost me around 200$CAN.

I'm a sucker for sales over 50%. When I saw a chain discounting AoE Deluxes, I went out hunting. Unfortunately my little wet froggyland never got past Wave 1 for Generations, which limited my choices since I already have Scorn and Slug:

Only €12 a pop at Intertoys. There were originally a whopping €28 a piece, but later permanently priced down to €18. Now, they're €12, albeit temporarily and "OP = OP" (while supplies last)... you would think. I wouldn't be surprised if we get Canadian overstock again for the same price in a few weeks time.

Now I'm intrigued. He is one of the few figures I passed on (pretty much just him, the bumblebee molds and any Leader Optimus)

I know what they were going for style-wise. I don't really have a problem with the kibble forming his trench coat, but more with the rubber pieces as they get in the way of the transformation. Plus, aligning the panels on his arms with the car shell for vehicle mode and tabbing them all in is a pain, especially since the shell is clear plastic. Still he's a nice figure, thinking about getting the Hot Shot redeco.

ahhh... sorry. the original crosshairs does suffer from panels-itis, but the the "autobots united" version i got later fit together perfectly. and the front rubber parts of the coat didnt do it for me either, i leave them flapped back. but i think he looks great like that. only thing crosshairs needed was a second gun (seriously whats with that other non-gun that only has like 10% of a handle?).

Ok, so I went to Target today to see what I could get from the closing sale they are having here in Canada. Everything was all over the place and I thought it was a waste of my time. Until I found three items in random locations in the toy section. The most random was a toy that had not been there since they had liquidated their cyberverse toys last summer.

Kanrabat was with me and told me that the Cyberverse Ironhide mold, used here for Crosscut, was really good and that I'd never find it cheaper than the 5$ it was going for at the time. But I let it go. He was half right. Yes, it is a great scout class mold, but I could do better than 5$. Crosscut was there, for 3.29$!!! (it will never beat his amazing beast wars ark find though). Along with him, I got Construct Bots Strafe and, to be thematic about Target leaving, the Target Exclusive silver knight Optimus Construct bot 2 pack with the G2 style coloured Grimlock. These 3 figures for 11$ + tax.

That made me feel less guilty of the money I spent on Bombshell earlier that day. He is a fine figure, but 10$ is really pushing it.

They are indeed. If you look closely on the side of them, there's a "digital" readout on them. A timer to go BOOM.

You can buy a replicated pistol from etsy seller nonnef. They're high quality, no 3d printed stuff here, oh no. In fact, they look a bit nicer than the Hasbro originals, because he uses a darker black plastic. It was like $8.00 shipped or so.

OK...So CW was an instant flop for me , they just didn't fit in where i was going with collecting and they still don't that's why Iv'e put off fully buying into these and only just tested the water with a couple a week or so back.

However me and my fiancée were out shopping today and i had an itch and went to Smyths toy store looking for CW Bombshell . WELL , i found him hanging out with all his friends ...and i totally caved , not something i planned today but i was in a good mood and something about seeing them altogether put a smile on my face .

There was a toy fair today and I had some great finds at fair prices. The people there knew their prices but it was odd, it seems a lot of sellers over estimate the value of G1s while undervaluing the more recent transformers. I spent 80$ in all and every toy I got is simply great!

Cybertron Defense Hotshot (complete) and G1 Whirl: 30$
Ripclaw and Sunspot (MISB): 15$
BM Tankor (complete), Universe Dinobot (complete) and Cybertron Snarl (no accessories): 15$
Generations Scourge MISB: 20$ (amazing deluxe figure, the weapon storage is out of this world)

That's a lot of TFs off my want list. And now I can do this.

There was tons of movie toys with missing parts that could have worked well for your customs. No animated though, and I cleaned up the Beast Machines and Cybertron stuff. Lots of overpriced G1 (I am not paying 15$ for a faded Cosmos). And someone was charging 40$ for a Classics Rodimus (Hasbro) loose, give me a break. I wouldnt say there were a bunch of deals, the only ones that were really deals were the complete Dinobot and Tankor for 5$ each, the rest of what I got was just fair pricing. But at least we didnt have to worry about exchange and shipping, which means a lot.

It will happen again though and we will got together next time.

Yeah. Also, glad you finally found BH Ripclaw. Finding her at the regular 15$ price was quite awesome! I don't remember if I found her at full price or on sale at the time, but I did found her only ONCE at my local TrU and nowhere else. There was some others but I bought mine and when I came back later, she was gone... fowevah!
